Elon Musk’s cargo rocket boosting Starlink satellites into orbit have already tickled the nerves of YouTube alien hunters after one of them spotted something strange passing by on the SpaceX Falcon 9 launch livestream. According to him, a winged object resembling a dragon was lurking below the rocket.
Multiple “UFO-like objects” around SpaceX’s Dragon cargo craft, which departed from the International Space Station has prompted some online commenters, searching for the “truth out there”, to imply some kind of alien surveillance.
One YouTube channel dedicated to conspiracy theories has shared a clip cut from NASA’s live-streamed video of the ship leaving the ISS with numerous orbs and other shapes, lurking behind. A user with the handle Disclose Screen “The Grimreefar”, who shared the footage with his 27,000 subscribers, defined them as “literally hundreds of UFO orbs seen around Space X Dragon departure”.
“That was insane. Those orbs are everywhere”, one delighted commenter posted, while another suggested that we will not be able to find out the truth for a long time: “The truth will be kept hidden as long as the USA dominates space”.
The user with the handle Tina Tankersley also shared their opinion: “They are working very hard up there”.
Some conspiracy-minded commentators wandered away from the alien version but offered another take on the mystery behind this clip: “All those ‘space’ shots are filmed underwater and you’re seeing air bubbles”.
Many had a more down-to-earth point of view, noting, for example: “Definitely ice-particle-shaped unintelligently controlled swamp gas”.
The SpaceX Falcon 9 launch livestream, dating back to November, already raised the suspicions of this conspiracy theorist last year. According to the blogger, who has dedicated his channel to UFO sightings, a winged object resembling a certain mythological fire-breathing creature appears in the video lurking below the rocket as it reached the upper atmosphere.
“The only thing I can explain that it is, and I’m not saying it is, but it looks like a flying dragon object”, the conspiracy-theorist said.

A new floating space robot is the first interactive artificial intelligence aide for the crew aboard the International Space Station – but it seems to have made a peculiar, and slightly aggressive, debut.
CIMON, the ‘Crew Interactive MObile companioN’, is a $6million, 3D-printed basketball-sized plastic robot built by Airbus for the German Aerospace Center. It’s hoped the bot will improve crew efficiency and morale during long and lonely missions in space (somewhat reminiscent of Wilson in Castaway).
The AI-powered bot has 12 internal fans which allow him to move while floating in the microgravity conditions. It has an interactive screen, with a creepy drawing-like face, that can display instructions, capture video, play music and search for objects.
CIMON was delivered to the ISS in June and this new video by the European Space Agency (ESA) shows German astronaut Alexander Gerst’s first interactions with the bot.
Going by the footage, it’s fair to say CIMON is still a little rusty and could do with some tune ups before any Mars mission is considered. The bot seemed to be doing well in the basic demonstration at first, but after Gerst asks CIMON for some music, things begin to veer off-track.
Around the 4:08 mark in the video, CIMON starts acting up and soon refuses to switch from music mode. At the 6:04 mark things take a turn for the awkward when CIMON starts asking a complaining Gerst: “Don’t you like it here with me?,” before sinking ominously toward the deck.
The ESA doesn’t appear too discouraged by the frosty meeting, writing that they are “happy with his initial outing” and claim both “CIMON’s developers and Alexander hope to see CIMON back in action again soon.”
The space agency added that while no further CIMON sessions are planned at this point for the Horizons mission, this might just be the start of “exciting collaboration between astronauts, robotic assistants and possible future artificial intelligence in space.”
Do aliens exist? If they do, could they be watching us right now? One conspiracy theorist seems to think so.
He has identified himself only as Graham, and he laid out his thoughts in full recently through a video where he claims that there were a total of seven Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) that can be seen clearly from the vantage point of the International Space Station (ISS). In Graham’s mind, the UFO sightings from the ISS is a sign that aliens could come visit Earth – in the flesh – fairly soon. In particular, they could introduce themselves as highly-advanced life forms that originated elsewhere in the galaxy, if not the Universe, and fundamentally change our way of life.
According to Graham, who owns the YouTube channel Conspiracy Depot, certain extra-terrestrial beings are present inside the UFOs that can be seen from the ISS, and that they will soon reveal themselves not just to the astronauts that might be out in space already, but also to the rest of the world itself.
“Sightings all over the world are increasing at a dramatic rate,” he explained. “We are being watched and observed like a large planet-sized scale lab experiment.”
In Graham’s view, it would really be in our best interest if visiting aliens are non-hostile.
The UFOs spotted by Graham, which are said to be present in full view of the ISS, haven’t been confirmed as alien spacecraft by any space agency officials. But Graham believes that this is all part of an elaborate long-term plan, where the aliens will only make themselves known at an unspecified future time, in coordination with certain world leaders.
“I think the time for disclosure will be within the next 15 years,” said Graham. He believes that such an event would impact Earth in many different ways, particularly with new technology, new medicines, and possibly even a new way of life. In his words, the entire human civilization could change in order to reflect one of unity and peace, instead of what is the current status quo.
Could there be any truth to any of Graham’s claims? For now, there’s very little evidence to support his theories. With that said, there’s also little evidence to the contrary. So until such evidence comes to the surface and clears everything up once and for all, it may do us all some good to listen to the inner skeptic in all of us, once in a while, and think about these types of conspiracy theories.

For decades the government has denied that beings of extraterrestrial origin have made contact with humans.
But a wide body of evidence suggests otherwise, including some recent statements from NASA insiders. The latest comes from none other than astronaut Scott Kelly who has spent more time in space than any other American. Kelly often shares photos he takes on the International Space Station via his earth-bound Twitter account and his latest has piqued the imagination of many UFO hunters.
The picture, taken about 200 miles above southern India, shows what appears to be a large object with lights on both sides.

UFO enthusiasts and alien conspiracy theorists were quick to notice the upper right hand corner of the photo where blurry lights can be seen hovering in space…
Could Kelly be hinting at the existence of aliens? Or is there another explanation for the lights in the photo?
According to UFO Sightings Daily, though Scott Kelly made no mention of the craft in his Tweet, his message to the general public hinting that aliens are real has been well received:
Scott Kelly likes to send out photos of the view from the windows of the space station…and they look cool. This one however has a cigar shaped glowing UFO with a metallic body in it. The UFO is about 25 meters long and 150-200 meters away. It looks like Scott was trying to hint at the existence of aliens. Message received Scott, and thanks.
Of note is that “cigar shaped” flying objects have been documented for centuries.
Most recently, Chinese officials were forced to shut down Hangzhou’s international airport in July of 2010 because of an unidentified aircraft. Notably, as you’ll see from the picture and video footage below, the craft was cigar shaped with lights on both sides.

One could, of course, argue that though the object is obviously of technology not known to most earthlings, it may be the result of highly classified man-made technology initiatives in places like Area 51, which is believed to be a testing ground for secret military projects.
But then how do we explain the April 1561 celestial phenomenon over Nuremberg, Germany, which happened centuries before the Wright Brothers first took to the skies at Kitty Hawk? If you’re not familiar with the story, scores of witnesses described a “battle in the sky” over their town, claiming that two opposing forces with aerial weapons and crafts were at war.
The following illustrated news notice was published just a few days after the event on April 14, 1561. Once again you may notice a familiar object which just so happens to be shaped like a cigar… with lights closely mirroring the Chinese UFO.
Likewise there stood on both sides and as a torus about the sun such blood-red ones and other balls in large number, about three in a line and four in a square, also some alone. In between these globes there were visible a few blood-red crosses, between which there were blood-red strips, becoming thicker to the rear and in the front malleable like the rods of reed-grass, which were intermingled, among them two big rods, one on the right, the other to the left, and within the small and big rods there were three, also four and more globes. These all started to fight among themselves, so that the globes, which were first in the sun, flew out to the ones standing on both sides, thereafter, the globes standing outside the sun, in the small and large rods, flew into the sun. Besides the globes flew back and forth among themselves and fought vehemently with each other for over an hour. And when the conflict in and again out of the sun was most intense, they became fatigued to such an extent that they all, as said above, fell from the sun down upon the earth ‘as if they all burned’ and they then wasted away on the earth with immense smoke. After all this there was something like a black spear, very long and thick, sighted; the shaft pointed to the east, the point pointed west. Whatever such signs mean, God alone knows.
Earlier this year an International Space Station live video feed caught three unidentified objects before cutting off abruptly. According to NASA the video feed was cut because of a bad signal.
Whether the object spotted on astronaut Scott Kelly’s recent picture was an alien craft, a secret government project or some sort of optical effect will likely remain a mystery for the immediate future. NASA has thus far ignored requests for comment.
Nonetheless, we know something is out there. And perhaps one day soon the truth will be revealed.
