According to Caracas, the US is trying to destabilise the situation in the country via sabotage, while also funding an anti-government opposition that President Nicolas Maduro has called “the worst” and “the most criminal” in 20 years.
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has accused opponents of using his country as a testing ground for a new war strategy and new kinds of weapons.
“Venezuela is demonstrating to the world that it is a testing ground for new cybernetic, electromagnetic war weapons and a new war strategy, which is not a direct invasion or bombing by missiles, but the bombing of vital public services”, he stated.
In March, Venezuela suffered its worst power outage in history, when as many as 21 out of 23 states were left without power. Venezuela’s national electricity supplier, Corpoelec, said that the incident had been caused by “sabotage” at the Guri hydroelectric power plant, which generates electricity for nearly all of the country.
According to Caracas, the Venezuelan power system suffered from assaults, including “electromagnetic attacks” on power transmission lines.
Opposition Plot
The president also stressed that the “criminal opposition” plotted to attack military units of the Bolivarian forces and also kill him.
“I know about the criminal plans of those leading the opposition, about their plots for my murder”, Maduro said, adding he had to “raise alarm in the military units of the country” and to maximally activate “intelligence and counterintelligence activities”.
He also urged local militia to join pro-government armed organisations known as Colectivos in order to preserve peace in the country.
Earlier in the day, Maduro also announced an increase in the personnel of the Venezuelan militia from 2.1 million to 3 million.
“On behalf of our comandante [former President Hugo] Chavez, who had a dream to have a strong people’s militia as a part of the national system to protect the Constitution, and which could become additional forces of the Bolivarian Armed Forces, we announce that we are going to [increase] the number of people’s militia fighters to 3 million by December of this year”, he said, as aired by national television.
“I have ordered the formation of 50,000 Popular Defence Units in all the neighbourhoods and cities, in every corner of the country to support and strengthen the Integral Defence of the Homeland”, the tweet says.
In the meantime, the head of Venezuela’s Constituent Assembly, Diosdado Cabello, noted that the people’s militia should have even more troops.
“The president set a goal of 3 million people [in militia] by December. But later we will increase the number of militia fighters up to 4, or 5 million. These are armed people protecting their motherland”, Cabello said.
The move was announced amid a deep political crisis in Venezuela. In January, the leader of the country’s opposition, Juan Guaido, proclaimed himself interim president, contesting the re-election of Maduro last year. Guaido was immediately supported by the United States and its allies, who have denounced Maduro’s re-election. China, Cuba, Russia, and a number of other countries have endorsed Maduro as Venezuela’s only legitimate president.
Any serious effort by any investigative journalist who tries to report in the Mainstream Media that mind-control is the missing link in all world terrorism and mass-shootings (which just happen to occur in gun-free zones) is quickly neutralized.

You are right in your assumption where this take-down of the US Republic started, but you are wrong about your assumption that this discussion of deployed Mind-control is an attempt to lead astray.
One of the first tests occurred in a major sporting goods chain that had numerous well-balanced and mentally healthy staff crack with a major mental snap on the job. It was done through pulsed beam transmitters, which were installed in the stores.
Then the next arena for even more sophisticated tests was certain large public schools; at first special UN-approved high-efficiency lights were installed that provided inductive entrainment of students, and then high powered Wi-Fi was installed, which produced numerous mental snaps in students and teachers and staff.
In some of these initial test schools, they were first visited by Bush2, and any teachers who were completely standup had their desks sprayed with certain enzymes by Intel ops sheep-dipped as janitors, which gave them a variety of lethal diseases. Some were murdered by induction of strange, fast-growing cancers by psychotronics. Others were fired for bogus reasons, like the school’s computer department placing child pornography ads on their computers. New teachers who were too moral or standup had their contracts unexpectedly non-renewed.

Voice of God Successful in 1991 War
The Republican Guard threw down their weapons and allowed themselves to be bulldozed to death by US Forces in the first Gulf War in Iraq.
Let’s consider one major piece of evidence that cannot be denied by anyone who reasonably examines the evidence. ‘Invisible Warfare’: Sonic Attack Victims On The Rise – What The Heck Is Going On And Why Has The U.S. Not Evacuated China And Cuban Embassies?
Dozens of U.S. Embassy and Consulate employees in Cuba and now China were attacked, and while no “official” conclusion has been made, the best description of said attacks, which matches the symptoms, are “Sonic Attacks.”
A study reported on in January 2016 found that people that are exposed to “high-frequency sounds” are subject to a number of physical effects, which include “nausea, dizziness, migraine, fatigue and tinnitus.”
With the existence of “Sonic Weapons,” which can be described as sonic bullets, grenades or cannons, and is in limited use by some segments of military or law enforcement, where a beam or field of focused sound or ultrasound is used to produce the attack, it is very concerning that there are now 24 confirmed cases of U.S. embassy members from Cuba, with two more now being tested, and now more individuals from the U.S. consulate in China, are suffering from those very same symptoms described above.
In August 2017, we saw reports of two U.S. State Department employees at the U.S. embassy in Havana, Cuba, falling ill to what was described as “acoustic attacks.” At the time the State Department didn’t offer much information, simply said “it is a cause of great concern for us, it’s caused a variety of physical symptoms in these American citizens who work for the U.S. Government. We take those incidents very seriously and there is an investigation currently underway.”
The confirmed Cuba patients have been found to have a range of symptoms and diagnoses including mild traumatic brain injury, also known as concussions. Unexplained sounds and vibrations that accompanied the symptoms initially led investigators to suspect a sonic weapon, although an interim FBI report in January said no evidence had been uncovered that sound waves could have damaged the Americans’ health, the AP reported.
The potential new cases come as the U.S. has being issuing health alerts to Americans in China after a worker at the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou reported symptoms and strange sounds and was flown to the U.S. That worker was then medically confirmed to have “suffered a medical incident consistent with what other U.S. government personnel experienced in Havana, Cuba,” the State Department has said.
The U.S. Embassy in Beijing on Friday sent an alert, its second in two weeks, to Americans living or traveling in China, and urged them to seek medical help in the event they suffered any “unusual, unexplained physical symptoms or events, auditory or sensory phenomena, or other health concerns.” It called for people to be attentive of symptoms including “dizziness, headaches, tinnitus, fatigue, cognitive issues, visual problems, ear complaints and hearing loss, and difficulty sleeping.” It advised them “not to attempt to locate the source of any unidentified auditory sensation. Instead, move to a different location.”
The symptoms match a sonic or “acoustic” attack, the patient count is extremely high and appears to be focused on U.S. diplomats. Despite the FBI claiming they have not uncovered any “evidence” of it being a sonic attack, generally if something walks like a duck, sounds like a duck and looks like a duck, it is a duck!
Despite leftist so-called “fact-checkers,” like Snopes claiming that a sonic attack doesn’t “adequately explain” all the symptoms, in many cases these sonic weapons are still in research and development mode, so assuming that all potential symptoms have been determined as of yet, appears to be a bit premature.
As reported by the UK Express, Dr Ian McLoughlin, Professor of Computing at the University of Kent, points out that monitoring for the type of weapon that could produce such high-frequency sounds outside the normal hearing range for a human being, would “be very difficult to detect.” The article also labels this type of attack “invisible warfare.”
There are news clips, via Associated Press, that claim to provide a recording of one of the sounds that appears to be have been heard in all variations of what the diplomats have described. I will link it here, but have chosen not to embed that clip since it doesn’t seem like a good idea to listen to something that they are claiming the U.S. diplomats heard before suffering horrible symptoms.
Given the fact that two more diplomats from Cuba and now diplomats from China are experiencing the same type of symptomatology as the previous victims, we have to ask, what is taking so long to investigate this and why has the U.S. not removed all personnel from Cuba and China until the investigation is complete?
The U.S. embassy in China has issued alerts to their employees to seek medical attention if they start experiencing symptoms consistent with the sonic attacks, but it is quite odd that the U.S. government would not simply evacuate personnel. In this day and age, almost everything can be done with video conferencing, phone calls and other types of communications until the locations can be deemed safe.
The fact that it is specifically U.S. diplomats, with nothing being reported about employees from any other embassy being affected, indicates this is most definitely a directed attack against America.
Evacuate them. Investigate. Then hold the appropriate parties accountable with sanctions or other diplomatic measures.
Government accidentally sends file on “remote mind control” methods to journalist
When journalist Curtis Waltman filed a Freedom of Information Act request with Washington State Fusion Center (which is partnered with Department of Homeland Security) to obtain information about Antifa and white supremacist groups, he got more than the information he was looking for – he also accidentally received a mysterious file on “psycho-electric weapons” with the label “EM effects on human body.zip.” The file included methods of “remote mind control.”
According to Muckrock, a nonprofit that publishes government information gathered through FOIA requests, the mind-control documents came from the Department of Homeland Security-linked agency in the form of a file called “EM effects on human body.zip.” The file reportedly contained various diagrams detailing the horrors of “psycho-electronic weapon effects.”One diagram lists the various forms of torment supposedly made possible by using remote mind-control methods, from “forced memory blanking” and “sudden violent itching inside eyelids” to “wild flailing” followed by “rigor mortis” and a remotely induced “forced orgasm.” It was not immediately clear how the documents wound up in the agency’s response to a standard FOIA request, but there was reportedly no indication the “remote mind control” files stemmed from any government program.
The federal government has absolutely experimented with mind control in a variety of methods, but the documents here do not appear to be official.
Waltman had no idea why these documents were included in his request and isn’t sure why the government is holding them. The WSFC did not respond to requests for more information.

One seems to come from a person named “Supratik Saha,” who is identified as a software engineer, the brain mapping slide has no sourcing, and the image of the body being assaulted by psychotronic weapons is sourced from raven1.net, who apparently didn’t renew their domain.

Modern telecommunications usually involves devices that can both send and receive wireless signals. Electromagnetic energy can be produced and directed to influence Human moods, thoughts, and bodily functions. Devices that do this are known as ‘psychotronic weaponry’ or ‘psychotronics.’ Psychotronic weaponry utilizes electromagnetic energy frequencies primarily in the Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) range (3-30 Hz) because ELF is primarily the frequency range of the electromagnetic energy the Human brain naturally sends and receives. Once the targeted individual’s brain waves have been synchronized with the EM produced by the psychotronic weapon, the frequency produced by the psychotronic weapon is then gradually altered. Due to this synchronization, as the EM produced by the psychotronic weapon is gradually altered to produce any desired effects, the targeted individual’s brain waves will follow. This is the process of brain entrainment which is fundamental to psychotronic weaponry.
Don’t believe me? There is a mountain of supporting evidence. This investigation has found hundreds of pertinent documents readily available. The Navy, the Rand Corporation, NASA, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Lincoln Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Labs, the Department of Energy, Battelle Pacific Northwest Labs, and many others have all been doing significant work here. All of those names are involved in the New Manhattan Project. The more general area of study is known as ‘bioelectromagnetics’ and that is the title of the leading scientific journal. If you want to look into it further, a good place to start is the ‘Mind control’ section of the author’s previous article “Other New Manhattan Chemtrail Project Agendas.”
Your author has since uncovered much more. This section provides an overview of the author’s previously published work pertaining to mind control and the New Manhattan Project as well as newly uncovered information. The three earliest scientists presented here all have strong connections to the New Manhattan Project.
Way back in the 1930s Alfred Lee Loomis (1887-1975) was studying and writing about brain waves as he helped to develop the field of electroencephalography; which is the field of brain wave measurement. This is the same Alfred Lee Loomis who made his fortune in the electrical power industry and later went on to help develop technologies capable of bouncing electromagnetic communication signals off the ionosphere; transmitting them over thousands of miles. These facts are significant because America’s electrical power grid produces EM fields in the same frequency range as that of the Human brain and the electrical power industry has incentives such as the generation of hydroelectric power to motivate their interests in a global weather modification endeavor such as the New Manhattan Project. Also, today’s New Manhattan Project chemtrail spray has been found to be coal fly ash. Coal fly ash is a byproduct of the electrical power industry’s coal-fired power plants. As if that wasn’t enough, today’s ionospheric heaters of the New Manhattan Project (with fundamental technologies developed by Loomis) are capable of producing tremendously strong EM signals and fields that can control the weather AND influence our moods, thoughts, and bodily functions. Loomis’ work in the field of electroencephalography involved electrical diodes placed directly on a subject’s skin. So, although his work is notable here as a precursor, it was a little bit different than modern psychotronics in that modern psychotronic weaponry is administered remotely, through the air. What we are examining here is more akin to the later field of magnetoelectroencephalography.

Although what appears to be the earliest scientific paper applicable to modern psychotronic weaponry was published in 1955, it wasn’t until the early 1960s that things in the field really started getting going. Among a few other early examples was 1961’s “Research in Electrical Phenomena Associated with Aerosols” by Bernard Vonnegut et al.
“Research in Electrical Phenomena Associated with Aerosols” involved measuring the effects of EM directed at the effigy of a man, in a small chamber, surrounded by gas. This is, of course analogous to today’s everyday environment where airplanes saturate our atmosphere with very small particles and man-made electromagnetic energy is hitting us all over the place.
The author of “Research in Electrical Phenomena Associated with Aerosols” Bernard Vonnegut (1914-1997), as astute readers know, was instrumental to the early development of what has become today’s New Manhattan Project. He was an original Manhattan Project scientist. He was one of the trio of General Electric scientists who rolled out the scientific era of weather modification and he later went on to do ‘space charge’ experiments in the vein of the New Manhattan Project. In the most cited weather modification report ever, he wrote about introducing ‘chemicals’ into the atmosphere or modifying the weather by ‘altering electrical variables.’ Atmospheric chemicals and atmospheric electricity are the two key elements of today’s New Manhattan Project. On a separate note, he just happened to be Kurt Vonnegut’s brother.

In the mid-1960s, UCLA’s Brain Research Institute was studying the effects of electromagnetic fields upon Human behavior. This was around the same time that our good friend and eminent geophysicist Dr. Gordon J.F. ‘How to Wreck the Environment’ MacDonald (1929-2002) was writing about entraining people’s brains with a man-made electronic signal from outer space. Yes, you read that correctly.

Starting around 1970, academic activity in this area increased greatly; many more scientific papers began to be published.
In 1974 a book edited by Dr. Michael A. Persinger titled ELF and VLF Electromagnetic Field Effects was published. This book references and details many studies conducted with animals and Humans pertaining to physiological and biochemical changes associated with EM fields in the ELF and VLF ranges. In the preface, Dr. Persinger writes that ELF signals are associated with, “weather changes, solar disturbances and geophysical-ionospheric perturbations.” That is very convenient considering that this New Manhattan Project is primarily a global weather modification project. ELF and VLF EM is fundamental to natural life processes here on Earth. Dr. Persinger also writes that ELF signals are preferable because they, “…have the capacity to penetrate structures which house living organisms.” He’s writing about weaponized EM! Like MacDonald did about 10 years earlier, Persinger is writing here about psychotronic weaponry mind controlling people in their houses from outer space. I’m not making this up! I wish I were! I don’t think I could!

In this area of study, it appears that Dr. Persinger has been most instrumental. Without boring the reader with a litany of details, it suffices to say that Persinger’s work in this area has been both prolific and seminal.
Dr. Michael Persinger has been a very public figure for many decades. He just goes on and on about all this stuff. He teaches it. He is most well known for inventing what is called the ‘God Helmet.’ The God Helmet was a device placed on a subject’s head which could apparently produce in the subject the feeling of having a religious experience. He has a big Wikipedia listing.
A United States patent granted in 1990 titled “Cryogenic Remote Sensing Physiograph” details an apparatus and method for remotely scanning people’s brain waves. This is significant because, as noted earlier, the process of brain entrainment (the fundamental process of psychotronic weaponry) begins with remotely reading the brain waves of a targeted individual.

Another U.S. patent granted in 1998 titled “Thermal Excitation of Sensory Resonances” describes a method and apparatus for using directed microwave radiation or a laser beam to produce certain effects in Humans. The patent explains that, “sleepiness, drowsiness, relaxation, a tonic smile, ptosis of the eyelids, the feeling of a ‘knot’ in the stomach, sudden loose stool, and sexual excitement” can all be artificially induced in Humans using this technique.

Although the author has previously written about it in his “Other Agendas” article, it should be noted here that an expert in the field of psychotronics has written a book detailing how we can be mind controlled by all Internet connected devices. In his 2013 book Mind War Dr. Michael Aquino writes exactly that.
He writes, “BWR [mind control frequencies] can, for instance, be inserted into the Internet to be passively and indetectably (absent such sensors) received and radiated by any accessing device, from television station to desktop computer or cellular telephone.”
Dr. Michael Aquino should know. Although he is now retired, he was a Lt. Colonel, Psychological Operations, First Special Forces Regiment, U.S. Army.
My personal experiences
I often find myself staring at a computer or television screen feeling a little ‘stuck.’ Maybe you can relate.
I just came back to the computer to write this passage, but before that I was staring at the television screen as the local TV news sportscaster went on about women’s college basketball. I was standing there watching it when it occurred to me that it was odd that I would be staring at a report about women’s college basketball because I barely watch sports at all, much less have any interest in a niche like women’s college basketball.
Might the television be producing EM frequencies that encourage me to continue watching? It makes sense that this would be done. When more people watch programs for longer periods of time, they make more money. We have seen here the reality of the necessary technologies.
I often feel a compulsion to grab or hold my smartphone when there is no need to do so. I’m not sure if this is a naturally occurring psychological phenomena due to our heavy use of smartphones or something we are induced to do by EM frequencies generated by the phone.
It is in the interest of the phone maker and the telecommunications company to have their customers feeling as though they need their phone. In fact, it would be advantageous to them for us to feel addicted to our phones. That keeps the cash rolling in. Maybe the telecommunications company and/or the phone maker is complicit in the production of EM signals, coming from one’s phone, that make people feel compelled to have and use a phone.
Sometimes, I’ll be peacefully doing little things around the house when negative thoughts and feelings just start appearing in my head; for no reason. I’m a relatively happy guy. Most of my needs are met. I’m furiously building and I’m hopeful for the future. My having unprovoked negative thoughts and feelings is illogical. I didn’t used to have them. I find that, when these negative thoughts and feelings strike, if I turn off my WiFi and/or put my phone into airplane mode, then they rapidly disappear.
Might I be purposefully receiving EM through my wireless communication devices that makes me think negative thoughts and feel bad? At this point, with all my public and private railing against the establishment everywhere, I’m probably not the corporate superstate’s favorite individual. Maybe I am sent EM signals that produce negative thoughts and feelings in me as a form of punishment.
Lastly, a few weeks ago I was surfing the Internet on my desktop computer when I suddenly began to feel a distinct dryness at the top of my nasal passage. I quit my Internet browser and stepped away from the computer. As soon as I did, the dryness in my nasal passage went away. This, for me, is my most convincing episode yet.
I hope these things are the worst it’s going to get for me. If they are, then I’m getting off easy. I’ve heard plenty of super-scary horror stories from many targeted individuals who claim that their entire lives have been absolutely ruined by harmful EM frequencies.
Conclusions
It’s really just an extension of subliminal advertising. If advertisers do that, then why wouldn’t someone do this? Of course this is done.
It is very important to note that, as shown repeatedly here, the frequencies used to control minds and influence bodily functions (ELF/VLF/SLF) are the same frequencies that are germane to atmospheric phenomena. These frequencies are also fundamental to what is commonly referred to ‘the smart grid.’ The smart grid involves having our fundamental biological processes hacked and hijacked. The organizations and people responsible for exploiting these frequencies are tapping into the fundamental processes of life itself without our full knowledge or consent. That is why this information is so important and this is why people are so resistant to smart meters and WiFi; which play important roles in the smart grid.
As we go through our daily lives here in America and in many other parts of the world, as a matter of course we are all assaulted by psychotronic weaponry in one way or the other. It’s a good way to get people to do what somebody else wants without the targeted individuals knowing what hit them. This shows the cowardice, subversiveness, and lust for power not of man’s nature, but of an artificially constructed establishment.
The science of mind control (just like the New Manhattan Project) lies just outside of the Overton Window. The reality of these technologies, although exhaustively documented, is largely unknown in today’s society.
Even if your average American were to come to grips with the reality and power of these technologies, convincing them that these technologies are being purposefully used against us on a routine, daily basis is still a bridge too frickin’ far. Most people simply refuse to believe that monumental institutions of industry, academia, and government would engage in such malicious and blatant violations of the public’s trust.
This is how they get away with it and this the author’s frustration. We will never win the fight if we don’t recognize the enemy. As Edmund Burke said, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men should do nothing.”
I’m betting on Humanity. In the face of all the world, I’m betting that we will rise up and root out ALL of the establishment’s weapons used against us: physical and metaphysical. I’m betting on you, the reader. I’m betting that a relatively small percentage of intelligent and well-informed individuals will push the envelope and move the Overton Window into a size and position that will allow even the lowest common denominators to come to grips with such things as psychotronic weaponry and the New Manhattan Project. We are emerging from the cave. In the meantime, the dehumanizing agendas of mind control and chemtrails will continue.

[ Author’s note: This is a long article due to the complex nature of this problem with hyperactive, overly aggressive, mind-kontrolled police with itchy trigger fingers. Readers can skip to the parts that interest them or read the summary only. ]
There has been a substantial increase in American police incidents since 9-11-01 with the police being too quick shoot, occasionally killing or even murdering an unarmed or innocent person.
In a growing number of cases, these unarmed persons turn out to completely innocent of anything, with police responding to a call by going to the wrong address and murdering a person that was minding their own business on their own property.
There are numerous cases where swat teams have broken into the wrong house, murdered an innocent person; or roughed up, sworn at and insulted innocent family members at the same time. They often use such language to innocent men, women and children, such as “if you move I’ll blow your fucking head off”. This sick verbal abuse is tolerated by internal affairs and even respected, and considered the norm. It is disrespectful and abusive, and should never be tolerated in so-called “public servants” whose salaries and benefits are paid by We The People.
How would these same abusive swat teams members feel if a swat team broke into their home with flash bangs on a no-knock home invasion to the wrong home when they were gone and did the same to their family? Would they get it then that this is criminally abusive, a serious crime of assault, and would they then stop this abuse and brutality?
In Florida some years ago, a DEA squad was caught doing after hours invasions in swat attire of wealthy homeowners and keeping the loot unreported. Several drug task forces with swat teams have been caught stealing drug money and TV sets and jewelry for their personal use.
These police who over-react and murder, maim or insult the innocent are rarely ever brought to to justice because fellow police, internal affairs and most courts favor the police over the public, and often sidestep the US Constitution. Crafty, two-faced prosecutors can easily stack almost any jury, federal, or county, to get the results they want, which is to have all charges dropped, despite acting as if they wanted otherwise.
Too often, it turns out that there was no search warrant; a search warrant was been filled out with the wrong address, or was even read incorrectly by the attacking swat team; or that there was no search warrant at all, and flimsy exigent circumstances claimed. Often these swat raids go deeply wrong and the innocent are wrongly harassed, assaulted and even sometimes murdered.
In many states, retired law enforcement of all types are extended concealed carry privileges automatically if they pass a yearly range test by a local city or county police department. A friend of mine with a long-term ethical and very esteemed LE record before he retired, went to get his yearly shooting exam recently.
The certifying gun range officer told the group of retired LE individuals being re-certified that, if they were ever involved in using their gun to stop a crime of any type, to immediately set their gun down and don’t even waste your time trying to tell them that you are a retired LE. Why? Because the recent batch of new urban police recruits over the last several years are noticeably trigger happy and would immediately shoot first and think later when they get to a call and see anyone holding a weapon or reaching for it. If you have a gun in your hand, expect for any police officer arriving at the scene to empty his clip into you first before doing anything else.
This is a known national trend in US Police departments, both small town, rural and large urban departments.
Why are so many new police recruits so trigger happy, quick to shoot, quick to murder innocents?
Colonel Osman was seen going in and out of Langley and the Pentagon on numerous occasions before 9-11-01, was instrumental in arming the Mujahedeen with stingers for the CIA and, right after 9-11-01, emphatically denied having anything to do with it.
Colonel Osman had Marfans disorder (like President Abraham Lincoln), was on dialysis for CKD, because Marfans usually destroys one’s kidneys. He either died of kidney disease or the results of an America bombing in late 2001. This was announced in the foreign press, and his body was buried in a unmarked grave as is customary Islamic practice.
The massive hunt for Colonel Osman was all based on a known Big Lie by the Administration. Later on, when he was supposedly found and killed by some Seal Team Six operatives, it became known to these men that the man killed was not Colonel Osman at all, nor a terrorist, but was an innocent man they murdered in cold blood. The ops that did this were murdered by their superiors to cover it up, and the rest of the Seal Team Six that found out were also murdered to keep this covered up – they were blown out of the sky while ordered on an old National Guard twin-rotor helicopter.
Knowledge of this treachery by their superiors who had a signed-finding “kill order” right from Potus has spread to many Special Ops who also have heard about the mass-murder of all but one spooky, special ops team in South America. Naturally, most special ops are now assembling special life insurance packets of documents and hiding them with trusted friends, in case they are dealt with treacherously by their superiors. It is a fair statement to say that the trust special ops have in their superiors is at an all time low and dropping by the day.
Even Huma Abedon created a “life insurance” file dump on her husband’s computer and of lots of secret DNC emails, which also allegedly (according to NYCPD insiders) contained pedophilic sexual videos so sick the older veteran police that watched them cried. When the FBI seized these materials, the NYCPD kept numerous copies and told the FBI in plain terms that if they didn’t prosecute all those involved they would eventually release them to the American public one way or another. Right now the NYCPD has about 75,000 officers, a very large international Intel group for itself in almost every major City of the world, and it is not wise for any Intel agency to mess with them.
We now know for certain (without any reasonable doubt) that 9-11-01 used mini-nukes stolen out the back door at Pantex in Texas with a wink and a nod; the 9-11 event was planned by Israeli Likudists and run by the Mossad, with support from the JCS, the Administration, USAF, NORAD, the FAA and lots of Israeli-American “Israeli-first” dual citizen traitors to America; and covered up by the Administration, the RKM’s Controlled Major Mass Media (CMMM) and the FBI which has classically been the number one source of all so-called individual patsy-driven synthetically created terror inside America since the Murrah Bombing.

After 9-11-01, FBI Directors have known that the 9-11-01 attack on America was nuclear; they have known who actually did it, and have worked hard to keep it covered up forever. If any ordinary, non-connected person did this, they would be prosecuted, convicted and hung for numerous capital crimes, such as accessory after the fact, misprision of a felony, treason, espionage against America, etc.

One factor in this increased tendency for American Police to shoot quick and empty their clip into their target “until the threat is over” is the little realized fact that most advanced American police training is driven by Israeli anti-terror forces. This should be illegal and considered espionage by a foreign nation against America.
The current training attitude subtly but actually communicated is that the Police are the righteous occupying military force and We The People are like Palestinian Terrorists. This is the subtle but governing attitude in the back of most new police officers’ minds in America. Sad to say, but it is a fact.
Ever since the RKM and Israel attacked America on 9-11-01, the USG, which is under secret occupation by the RKM and Israel, has been working hard to quickly militarize the American police and transform them into an occupying force that is based on Israel anti-Palestinian police tactics.
Steroid and drug use (including alcohol and SSRIs) by some police is a big problem in America.
Therefore, it should be obvious to all that all police officers, all Intel, all LE (not just new applicants and recruits) should be drug tested periodically for any and all drugs, especially steroids and SSRIs. Those taking steroids without a physician’s prescription for a real illness should be immediately suspended from duty, placed in a treatment program and evaluated for termination.
Those prescribed steroids for a real medical illness should be removed from the street and given a desk job until off the steroids. Those taking SSRIs by valid physician prescription should be removed from street duty and given a desk job to protect the public until such time as they have recovered from their mental disorder and are off SSRIs.
All these black civil rights groups like Black Lives Matter have completely missed the boat on steroids, SSRI use and advance deployed psychotronics. They cannot do much about the deployed psychotronics, but they can create enough political pressure to get a national policy established for regular drug testing of all police, Intel and any LE in America. This should be their national strategy from here on out.
The CIA and BATF have supplied weapons to gangs for many years and been responsible for hyping up police vigilance, fear and over-aggressiveness in inner urban jungles.
About 20 years ago in a large city nearby, the CIA trucked in confiscated weapons from the Chicago Police Department and sold them to the local drug gangs out of the back of a USDA cheese delivery intended for economically poor households in a bad neighborhood. The police officer who was told about this didn’t believe it but ended up investigating and was assassinated in a pizza restaurant by a CIA-linked gang banger. All drug gangs in this city were set up by the CIA, just like MS-13 has been transformed from the contras into a mind-kontrolled violent drug gang and allowed to migrate into certain large American cities.
AFT Agent Brian Terry assassinated — the Cartel’s actions have never been adjudicated
The BATF was caught (due to internal whistle-blower leaks) supplying massive amounts of high-powered weapons to the Mexican Cartels, which brought them into the USA and murdered Border Agent Brian Terry.

It’s quite sad and also disturbing that the USG, which is now an occupied colony of the RKM and Israeli Likudists, has declared a secret war against the USA and We The People and is doing everything they can to abuse us like Palestinians by using the militarized police, asset strip us all, destroy our Republic, and then genocide us like they are doing to Palestinians.
Middle-class Americans are thus going to become the new Palestinians unless this RKM corruption is stopped cold and cleaned out.
The 1033 Program.
The infamous 1033 program was set up to provide police departments with machine guns, grenade launchers, armor and armored vehicles, as long as the Chief or Sheriff would sign a CIA contract to yield jurisdiction to the feds any time they requested. My Police Chief refused when this program first came out while on an all-expenses-paid junket to Langley; and he was given the CIA flu, which disabled him. This man is a stand-up man who could not be corrupted by the CIA using federal bribe money and military hardware; and he paid the price in spades.
Of course, much of the blame for this transformation of American cities into drug- and weapon-infested urban war zones goes back to LBJ’s Great Society program, which provided the money the CIA needed for black ops. The CIA’s massive drug-trafficking into America Cities could then easily access all the welfare dollars that LBJ’s program provided.
Before 9-11-01, the CIA had no authority inside America to run covert operations or to influence elected officials and corporate leaders. After 9-11-01, the US Congress passed laws (albeit clearly unconstitutional) to allow the CIA to combat terror inside the USA, and also got a law rescinded that prevented the USG from using the Major Mass Media to deploy false stories and propaganda to mislead the public.
Almost all lone wolf terror is synthetically manufactured by the CIA and FBI.
How come the news media (CMMM) never mentions the hard, cold realities of the CIA MK-Ultra program, or anything about the remote, psychotronic entrainment devices sold to Intel agencies and certain corporations with Intel clearances?
Answer: because the cabal that controls the USG and the Intel agencies and assets who deploy these programs and equipment do not want these sinister and highly illegal, unconstitutional practices disclosed to the America People.
If you doubt the power of remote inductive psychotronic devices that can easily be targeted against individuals, groups and whole neighborhoods, consider the documented history of the deployment of the “Voice of God” electronic weaponry in the First Gulf War against the Republican Guard.
Or consider the public disclosures by Barrie Trower, the UK’s top expert on Microwave and its use as a weapon of war. Barrie is now retired and has expressed concern about the misuse of EMF, WiFi and cell phones. He has pointed out numerous times that the constant-on, shoulder-carried police radios can harm certain susceptible officers by entraining their brains.
With some some police officers, these shoulder-carried radios cause them to experience psychomotor seizures when in stressful situations. Some officers will become temporarily unconscious, will act out violently with their guns, and will not remember what happened afterwards.
Here’s a leak from an insider to me that I will share. Evaluate it and decide for yourself if it could be true. Personally I think it is. The Voice of God has once again been deployed in the Mideast, this time quite recently in Iran to generate rebellion, which is now occurring.
This is a desperate, last-ditch attempt by the Babylonian Talmudic non-Hebrew Zios (Rev. 2:9, 3:9) to take down Iran using these pyschotronic weapons that are ground-based, and satellite-based; but it will fail.
So far, all COL/RKM/Likudist attempts to manipulate the USA to deploy its full military to invade Syria and Iran have failed. It is likely that the USG will continue to refuse to do so.
ISIS, the private Mossad/CIA/Saudi mercenary army, has now been completely defeated by Russian Federation precision air power and Assad’s highly motivated Syrian Army.
If the USG thinks it could ever attack and invade Syria or Iran (which are major Russian Federation allies) without a strong reaction from the Russian Federation, they are self-deluding. So far, Russian electronic warfare has shown itself to be quite superior to deployed American electronic warfare systems. Doubt this, then do some Internet research on the USS Donald Cook incident (March, 2014), the Khbiny and Dome of Protection systems, the latest S500 systems, and the new Russian Federation’s hypersonic, hived, grouped missile defense systems and their supersonic torpedoes with anti-gravity, matter-altering nose cones.
Conclusion
The City of London (RKM) and Israeli Likudists want to create as much terror and conflict inside America as they can, in order to divide the American people and create massive chaos. They have worked hard to militarize the American Police and mold them into their murderous anti-Palestinian, anti-terror apartheid forces.
They also want to blood shock Americans with major terror events – some real, like Murrah, Waco, Ruby Ridge, 9-11-01 – and some fake, like Sandy Hook, the Boston Marathon – and some hybrid FEMA/DHS exercises taken live and real to fool investigators, all done in order to “blood shock” the masses. This creates terror in the American group subconscious mind; and this massive subconscious fear can be used by the USG to motivate Americans to demand and/or allow their government to institute major, Draconian measures to provide for their safety from terror, even if these measure violate the constitution, take away their personal God-given rights, and end up resulting in the death of many innocent Americans and foreigners in illegal, unconstitutional foreign wars for Israel and the RKM.
Obviously this massive militarization of the American police has already terrorized, injured and murdered many innocent Americans in their own homes, and will lead to increased violence back at American police, and that is already happening. This is exactly what the COL Banksters (the RKM) and the Likudists want.
Everyday, more and more ordinary Israelis are catching on, and want the Likudists out and the Apartheid stopped cold, with real peace and goodwill established with the Palestinians. They want to see an end to the Greater Israel Plan. This trend is good and will continue, as some Israelis try to save Israel.

Many American Police, especially those that work CIA drug- and BATF weapon-infested urban jungles, find themselves in extremely stressful and impossible policing situations. Those who cannot cope often become hyper-aggressive as a coping mechanism; and certainly the role of secret RKM/Mossad and FBI synthetic terror has added significantly to creating hyper-vigilance and a tendency to quickly empty one’s clip even into innocents.
At the center of many police departments at their top command is a culture of lies and cover-ups; and there is no law against it. That is true of the department in my city and others nearby, where certain officers routinely lie to the public with no consequences and abuse their power. But, if you lie to a police officer, that is a prosecutable crime.
Poor police management is likely a major “system problem”. When you have corruption at the top of the USG and state government, where most government is run by pedophiles who abuse young children, no wonder you have corrupt police command structures. It’s like what former Representative Ron Paul recently stated that, when a nation is run by pedophiles, it’s no wonder they send troops repeatedly into illegal wars to slaughter innocents.
And yet, despite all this endemic corruption, the thin blue line and lots of poor police management, there are a lot of good police officers who remain low profile and do their thankless jobs well. It’s the sociopathic, ‘roided up, abusers that give these departments a bad image; and the management usually lies and covers their bad behavior to protect their image. The new movement to active police body cameras should help this over time, somewhat.

Consider this. The United States government doesn’t know who’s responsible for the so-called acoustic attacks on its embassy personnel in Havana. Then consider this. Cuban president Raúl Castro didn’t simply claim his government had nothing to do with the incidents, he did the unthinkable and invited the FBI to investigate. FBI agents haven’t been able to figure it out. Neither have American acoustics specialists or medical experts. Even Canada’s Mounties, whose own diplomats reported similar attacks, are stymied.
Despite the fact no one has identified either culprit or cause, the Trump administration is pre-emptively creating conflict with Havana. Why? And who benefits from that?
On October 3, the State Department announced it was expelling two-thirds of Cuba’s Washington embassy personnel, less than a week after it announced it was withdrawing sixty per cent of its own diplomats from Havana, and warning Americans against traveling there. The department called the moves “reciprocity,” but didn’t explain for what, since the Cubans haven’t expelled anyone.
The State Department insists it isn’t blaming the Cuban government for the attacks; it’s simply trying to protect American diplomats and tourists. Ironically, the U.S. Foreign Service Association, representing American diplomats around the world, opposes Washington’s directive. So do travel companies and airlines ferrying eager American visitors to the island in increasing numbers. So presumably do Americans generally, the majority of whom support improving relations with Cuba. While over 600,000 Americans visited Cuba last year, it’s worth noting not one has so far complained of symptoms similar to those reported by the diplomats.
Some context may be useful here. Late last year, U.S. diplomats in Havana began reporting hearing loud grinding, ringing noises inside areas of their homes and experienced the sensation that their bodies were vibrating. They claimed to suffer nausea, headaches and hearing loss. U.S. government officials now say some have been diagnosed with mild traumatic brain injuries. Twenty-one American and at least five Canadians diplomats and/or their families have been affected.
In the absence of evidence about who did what and why, media have been rife with speculation. At first, the most popular assumption was that the Cuban government must be targeting these diplomats. This is now considered unlikely, since the first of the so-called attacks occurred at a time when bilateral relations were beginning to improve, and Cuban president Raúl Castro has consistently favored improving relations with the United States.
Likewise, given that Canada and Cuba have traditionally maintained solid ties, there would have been little advantage for the Cubans in rocking that diplomatic boat.
That led to other theories: “rogue elements” in the Cuban security forces; officials inside US intelligence services keen to resort to Cold War times; Russians eager to bolster their own relationship with their erstwhile ally while sowing discord between the US and Cuba; maybe even Donald Trump himself, anxious to deflect attention from his own many domestic and international challenges.
We don’t know. And perhaps we never will. Or maybe the truth will only be revealed 30 years from now after sufficient time has passed and intelligence agencies (from whichever country is involved, if they are involved) finally release the pertinent documentation.
So what do we really know?
Well, we certainly know who is already working overtime to twist these unexplained events to their ideological advantage: anti-Cuba hawks in Washington and Miami. Still nursing their wounds from the Obama administration’s 2015 reset on relations with Cuba, they are eager to reassert their own hardline views on US policy.
The Trump White House — which has talked tough on Cuba but done relatively little so far to scale back actual policy changes implemented during the Obama era — seems eager to do the hawks bidding under cover of protecting US diplomats.
On Sept. 15, five right-wing Republican Senators, including virulent anti-Cuba Florida Senator Marco Rubio, sent an open letter to Secretary Rex Tillerson, asking him to “immediately declare all accredited Cuban diplomats in the United States persona non grata and, if Cuba does not take tangible action, close the U.S. Embassy in Havana.”
Two days later, Tillerson — who has since come close to putting a full checkmark beside their first demand — told CBS the State Department has shuttering the embassy “under evaluation… It’s a very serious issue with respect to the harm that certain individuals have suffered.”
It is indeed a very serious issue — which is exactly why Washington shouldn’t allow its response to be hijacked by baseless arguments of self-interested Senators eager to turn back the political clock, and a president paying back his political commitments to the wealthy Cuban-American lobby.
Over five decades were wasted after the Washington broke diplomatic relations with Cuba in 1961. The reopening of diplomatic relations just two years ago was a victory for common sense—but sadly is now in danger of being overturned because of self-seeking politics and ignorance.

This particular device, developed by Dr. Hendricus Loos, is said to utilize a television or computer monitor to send electromagnetic waves to the viewer. The electrical charge accumulates on the skin and triggers the nervous system to behave in a controlled manner. The device is thought to potentially impact the endocrine system as well, granting access to hormones and brain function, as well as the ability to control other body systems.
The patent holder, Hendricus G. Loos, aka Dr. Henry or Dr. Hank Loos, also holds many other patents for similar devices. Since 1978, Dr. Loos has been issued patents for eleven devices, largely of which are aimed at nervous system manipulation, according to Top Secret Writers. He has been issued patents since the 1950’s. He has also worked on such government projects as the Department of Defense, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, commonly known as DARPA.

The use of Smart-meters is now beginning to become understood as a sophisticated spy device. Citizens all over America are beginning to organize, to protest about them. But there is even more to these sophisticated spy devices.
There are numerous claims that they cause fires (they are not UL rated and some claim they are technically illegal for home use because of that according to state fire codes).
There are also numerous claims that they cause serious and debilitating health problems like migraine headaches, insomnia, nervousness, and a myriad of strange health problems that appeared suddenly not previously appeared so frequently. Some claim that they cause various kinds of cancer.
And although many of these claims are being made by homeowners who just had a Smart-meter installed, some have been substantiated by well qualified scientists all over the world in various nations.
And there are new peer reviewed research studies which are showing that the EMF levels that Smart-meters radiate and expose homeowners to are strong enough to cause serious health problems for those who have a Smart-meter installed or close by.

A deeper analysis of the factors behind the implementation of the Smart-meter program suggests that there is massive political power behind its mandated implementation.
This strong political power behind the Smart Grid becomes obvious to any homeowner who tries to get a Smart Meter removed after it has been installed. These Smart-meters are usually installed without customer/homeowner consent; and always without their “informed consent” which is required by case law for medical devices.
And there is now substantial evidence to suggests that Smart-meters are actually functioning as unlicensed, unapproved medical devices that have been deployed without giving the public any serious informed consent of the risks (which are substantial).

Looks like the Smart Grid system is high priority and a “national security” mandated system.
Top Officials involved in deploying this Smart Grid program express serious fear when pressed for an explanation of the public safety aspects of this system. Looks like this has been driven by a very powerful Intel related group that is taking orders from somebody. The question is from who or what?
There have been anecdotal unsubstantiated reports by insiders that some such officials feels their very lives are in jeopardy if they disclose what they known and their own personal concerns. Apparently some have actually been threatened with serious ramifications if they disclose what they have been told in secret. Some have allegedly had their lives threatened by US Intel agents.
Some officials have had to sign confidentiality/secrecy agreements and have been told that the Smart Grid system is a top secret sophisticated Intelligence gathering tool needed to prevent nuclear and other forms of terrorism and organized crime.
This is true but there is more that is not being disclosed, that the system has the capability to be utilized as a very sophisticated weapon that involves “no direct touching” of the victim.
Yes, there is now new evidence emerging that the implementation of Smart-meters (and the Smart Grid) is actually a sophisticated weapon of war when one examines its full capabilities.
It is my view based on the level of technological sophistication employed by Smart-meters, they are based on sophisticated Alien ET technology provided through exchange programs.
Just how deeply involved has the USG become involved with Alien ETs and how much of their advanced technology has been gained or back-engineered.
We now know for certain that the US Secret Shadow Government (SSG) has recovered and worked at back-engineering numerous crashed Alien ET anti-gravity craft. We also know for certain that dead Alien ET bodies were recovered; at least one live alien ET was rescued and kept in captivity; and the USG secretly has formed exchange programs based on signed treaties with Alien ETs.
In these Alien ET exchange programs Alien ET super advanced technology has been exchanged for use of human subjects and their biological samples. In one program in particular at the Dulce N.M. Deep Underground Military Base (DUMB), a certain USAF Military contractor is working with Alien ETs on a joint program to hybridize humans and synthesize the human soul and to develop clone replicas of top officials and top politicians. I heard one claim made that the massive immigration, legal and illegal has been mandated to provide cover for these hybrids and some human looking Alien ETs to enter society.
Just how advanced has the implementation of Alien ET technology become inside the Secret Space War Program and does the Smart Grid System employ this technology?
If anecdotal insider reports are accurate, hybridizations and cloning has been successful to a point. However if reports are true, attempts to synthesize the human soul so far have been unsuccessful and doomed to failure. Same for the attempts to transfer one “mind” into a clone made to look like them from their own DNA. The clones have short lives and often strange neurological (CNS) glitches.
Some have claimed that hybridization produces a hived psychopath with no soul, but this has not been substantiated.
There are now unsubstantiated reports which I consider valid that all secrecy has unofficially ended because of the new quantum based D-wave inter-dimensional based spy systems. In these systems which have become satellite based, no computer circuit on or off is safe from quantum access. D-waves have been purported to cross through a dimension where distance and time is different than what we normally experience.
From all the leaks coming out it seems apparent that all secrecy is now ending and anything written or spoken is now available to the various largest, most advanced Intel Agencies.
In any event, it is not unreasonable to ask the question, have the top Secret Shadow Government (SSG) officials who run the Secret Space War Program (SSWP) become themselves seriously mind-kontrolled by Alien ETs whom they have been working with?
Have these top SSG officials who sit on the major control board (MJ) become tools of Alien ETs in the take-down of America and even the human species? The Smart Grid has been deployed, it appears to be a very high-tech sophisticated weaponized EMF system. And there is deep secrecy and strong political muscle behind this deployment.
Is the small group of top officials pushing this Smart Grid System upon us run by an evil Alien ET group attempting a take-down of Earth so they can get rid of the human race and repopulate it with their own creations? Mind control technology
is far advanced beyond what we know. And, thanks to certain whistleblowers and researchers, what we already know is truly scary. The worldwide conspiracy is all about control, and controlling your mind is one of its ultimate goals. This doesn’t mean just controlling the flow of information into your mind (via censorship and propaganda). It means literally controlling what you think and feel, piping thoughts and dreams into your mind subliminally (so you’ll never know it’s happening) and even erasing your memories or implanting false ones. The Lilly Wave
Let’s begin with the Lilly wave (named after Dr. John C. Lilly, who worked at the US National Institutes for Health in areas including dolphin brain implants). In this discussion with Jeff Rense, Dr. Patrick Flanagan reveals how he was friends with Lilly. According to Flanagan, Lilly “developed technologies for bypassing the mechanism of the human brain that resist programming”. By chance, Lilly later discovered that there were signals coming in from the power grid (with embedded ultrasonic wave forms and shapes) using his own invention, the Lilly wave, which had been weaponized (like just about everything). It is not a requirement, as is understood by the majority of science, to implant electrodes to cause the brains water molecules to be entrained to a certain frequency, it can also be accomplished by any waveform that can penetrate the skull and cause the entrainment of the brains water molecules. For example, radio waves emitted at a frequency of 40hz, targeted at a persons brain, will entrain the water molecules to a degree of 40hz and thus the rest of the brains electrons will resonate at such a frequency.

Erasing Real Memories … and Implanting Fake Ones
Melissa and Aaron Dykes of Truthstream Media have released some informative videos in the last 1-2 years on the general theme of mind control. This video reveals how scientists say they can now erase memories (and implant false ones). This video exposes what the Davos controllers were planning and discussing (in 2016) for the future – brain mapping. It’s Minority Report stuff coming true day by day, with technology rapidly advancing to decode your brain. This means decoding exactly what you are thinking and feeling, as well as what you have just done (e.g. watched a movie):
“… we can reconstruct the objects and actions in the movie just from your brain … thoughts and feelings that you may not be able to verbalize, or may not want to verbalize, they may still leave a signature in your brain, and we might be able to decode that … if we could get to the point where … you can have an unwilling … suspect having their brain decoded … there are no legal protections that could be afforded to you …”
One of the speakers then goes on to say that right now there are no legal concepts or protections such as mental privacy or cognitive liberty. This is where the discussion was already at over 1 year ago!

Hendricus Loos and Hulu
In another video, Truthstream Media expose the patents of a certain Hendricus G. Loos. One of his patents (US Patent 6,506,148 B2 from 2003) is entitled Nervous System Manipulation by Electromagnetic Fields from Monitors. It details how your emotional state can be changed by modifying (pulsing) the EM (electromagnetic) fields around you – which electronic devices like TV screens and computer monitors already do. Loos writes:
“It is therefore possible to manipulate the nervous system of a subject by pulling images displayed on a nearby computer monitor or TV set.”
Two things must be noted here. Firstly, this can all be done subliminally without you consciously noticing it. Secondly, the idea of pulsed RF signals is exactly what smart meters are doing to destroy your health. Pulsed EM fields are especially dangerous to the human energetic field – and the NWO controllers know it. How will the 5G grid and IoT contribute to all this?
Interestingly, some have suggested that the TV company Hulu derived its name from Hendricks Loos. Hulu famously released its video ad with Alec Baldwin detailing how they produce programs that turn people’s brains to mush in order to prime the brains up for eating by aliens. Just a coincidence, I’m sure.
Ex-CIA Agent Reveals Shocking Extent of Mind Control Technology: Voice of God, OIW, Forced Dreams & Cybernetic Hive Mind
If what I’ve covered so far shocks you, it’s nothing yet. Check out this 2016 presentation from Dr. Robert Duncan (ex-CIA agent, black ops insider and mind control expert who worked on numerous mind control technology projects). Duncan is literally shaking with nervousness as he gives the speech, probably because he knows the information he is letting out is so sensitive it could get him killed. He reveals how every individual can be mapped into the mind control network of the military intelligence agencies, because each human has a unique resonance signature. He confesses that he worked on a mind control weapon known as the “Voice of God”, which has 4 different techniques that can pipe voices into people’s heads. After a person is subjected to the Voice of God, they can easily be controlled through NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques, because their thought processes have been rewired.
The Voice of God is part of a broader weapon array known as OIW (Offensive Information Warfare). It was used in the Iraq War against the Iraqi soldiers – voices were piped into their brains commanding them to surrender (saying something like “Drop your weapons, this is Allah”). Duncan reveals that dreams can be hacked in fact. This is especially insidious, since people believe dreams are their private creation. Although he admits the existence of these forced dreams or induced dreams, he states he can’t say which organization is responsible for projecting them. However, a good guess would be DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) which is pushing forward the transhumanism agenda. DARPA has been involved in all sorts of mind control activities, such as creates a Cybernetic Hive Mind which combined “soldiers, EEG brainwave scanners, 120-megapixel cameras, and multiple computers running cognitive visual processing algorithms … to significantly improve the US Army’s threat detection capabilities”.
Conclusion: A Secret Mind Control Technology Network is Being Set Up All Around You
The above is just a snippet of what is out there, and that in turn is just a fraction of the true state of mind control technology (hidden in black military projects). It is undeniable that a mental-emotional control grid is being set up all around us, using the power grid and electronic devices to transmit and subliminally influence us.
Some may argue that this technology can be used for good, but let’s be realistic. This mind control technology has the clear and inherent capacity to be exploited in horribly manipulative ways.
Controlling people’s memories strikes at the heart of what it means to be human: to be able to have your own experiences, feel all the emotions involved in them (including grief and sadness), and learn from your mistakes. Erasing memories is akin to erasing your identity; it’s the very sense of who you are. It’s like the chemical numbing that so many synthetic pharmaceutical drugs deliver. It’s like the soma of Huxley’s Brave New World, a metaphor for all the substances available to us to make us ignore, deny and forget the pain, rather than facing up to it and dealing with it.

(Natural News) From the world of unexplained phenomena: Is it possible to almost supernaturally brainwash people to such an extent that they would actually consider – or even go through with – committing suicide against their will? A BBC report from 2013 suggests that this might be the case, pointing to a suspicious quad-suicide incident that occurred in Turkey back in 2006 and 2007.
All four of the victims were reportedly engineers who had worked for Turkish defense contractor Aselsan, one of the country’s leading military electronics companies. Because of the company’s high profile, and the nature of these victims’ jobs prior to their deaths, the bizarre incident sparked an investigation by the Turkish Prime Ministry Inspection Board, which ultimately ruled that the alleged suicides could have been the result of what they called “telekinesis.”
In a report presented to the Ankara Public Prosecutor, the Board claimed that the victims could have been steered towards committing suicide through a form of mind control that’s been the subject of research by neuropsychology expert Nevzat Tarhan. Since the deaths, which occurred almost back-to-back over the course of 14 months, were immediately ruled a suicide, the Board urged the prosecution to consider the possibility of foul play in the form of telekinesis.
According to that same report, which included a study by Tarhan, the mind control weaponry that may have been used could have caused the victims to suffer severe distress and headaches. Tarhan also cited the possibility that the victims may have suffered an overcharge of electromagnetics, indicating possible neglect. In either case, these factors may have driven the victims to take their own lives.
“All three engineers were working on a friend-or-foe recognition system for Turkish warplanes at the time of their suicides, which had been brought back to public debate during the Ergenekon coup trials,” reported Hurriyet Daily News.
Turkish journalist claimed telekinetic forces were trying to kill Prime Minister Erdoğan
Not long prior to this incident, a Turkish journalist by the name of Yiğit Bulut had warned that “certain powers” were allegedly trying to kill Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdoğan using the same type of mind control. Just weeks after making this claim, Bulut was reportedly appointed to be Prime Minister Erdoğan’s chief consultant.
This technology would also reportedly allow Mark Zuckerberg and his minions to intercept the flow of communication between Facebook users and the platform. Having the ability to monitor what Facebook users are thinking virtually around the clock would make it easy for the social media giant to, say, report whatever it deems as a “threat” to federal agencies like the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) or the NSA (National Security Agency).
The U.S. Department of Defense also announced nearly a decade ago that it had begun testing various mind control and telepathy weapons. A formerly classified document released through a U.S. Freedom of Information Act request revealed that the technology is capable of “beaming” words directly into people’s ears, for instance, or sending electromagnetic pulses to trigger epilepsy-like seizures.
Recently, thousands of people around the world are claiming to be having the exact same terrifying experience. They all report the same symptoms: hearing operator voices in their heads, suffering from ‘electronic torture’ and being subject to organised stalking – they call themselves ‘Targeted Individuals’. Once relegated to the realm of “conspiracy theories”, the US government’s manipulation of the sky and weather has been all but admitted by high-ranking government officials under the name “geo-engineering.” Though the existence of such projects is now public knowledge, the details regarding the programs themselves remain murky as no one really knows what is being developed or tested. However, recent and decidedly unusual phenomena have led some theorists to speculate that such secret government programs, particularly those which benefit from the government’s massive “black budget”, are aimed – not just at manipulating the sky for weather control – but at carrying out deceptive, psychological operations (PsyOps) on unsuspecting populations via holographic projections.
As crazy as it may sound, the events that have inspired much of this speculation involve the sudden appearances of “floating cities” in nations throughout the world in recent years. The most recent floating city appeared over Yueyang, China this past Wednesday, where towering skyscrapers hovered above the clouds over the city. Though China’s state-run news agency attributed the floating buildings to “radiation fog,” the frequency of this occurrence in various climates suggests there is something else going on besides purely meteorological factors. In 2015, another floating city was cited in China in a more rural location while yet another was sighted in California that same year. However, the first “floating city” had appeared a few years in 2011 in a rural Nigerian village, where locals reported seeing a floating “interdimensional” city complete with moving cars in the streets and sounds that like those “you would hear at Ashaka cement factory,” according to several local observers. In the Nigerian village, many attributed the city’s appearance as an act of God.

Though mainstream sources have written off the phenomenon as “natural”, many others have assumed that the US government is involved due to historic precedent as well as the existence of a controversial government project known as “Blue Beam.” Since the 1990s, the US military has actively explored the possibility of using gigantic sky-borne holograms for large-scale PsyOps. For example, the Washington Post reported in 1999 that the US government had considered placing a holographic depiction of Allah over Iraq in order to destabilize Saddam Hussein’s regime during the first Gulf War. That same report also detailed a secret program to project “large, three-dimensional objects that appeared to float in the air” for use in unspecified PsyOps at unspecified locations. A few years after, military research also developed what is known as voice-to-skull (V2K) technology that uses a microwave auditory effect that can send wireless speech directly into people’s heads to subliminally or directly influence their behavior, which could be used in tandem with projection technology for deceptive purposes.
If the US military has the technology to accomplish such feats, it seems unlikely that they would develop such technology just to never use it. Indeed, some proponents of the legitimacy of Project Blue Beam have argued that the US military, or rather the “deep state” that controls it, plans to use such holograms to deceive the global populace into accepting a one world religion and subsequently a one world government. Though such accusations have yet to be confirmed, it is important to stay vigilant when the military has such deceptive and futuristic technology at their disposal, especially if that technology is apparently being tested on unwitting citizens in full, public view.

Chinese local TV news have reports on thousands of residents in two areas reported separately seeing a huge city floating in the clouds:
Drugs to transform individuals…and even, by implication, society.
Drug research going far beyond the usual brief descriptions of MKULTRA.
The intention is there, in the record:
A CIA document was included in the transcript of the 1977 US Senate Hearings on MKULTRA, the CIA’s mind-control program.
The document is found in Appendix C, starting on page 166. It’s simply labeled “Draft,” dated 5 May 1955(note: scroll down to #123-125 in the document).
It states: “A portion of the Research and Development Program of [CIA’s] TSS/Chemical Division is devoted to the discovery of the following materials and methods:”
What followed was a list of hoped-for drugs and their uses.
First, a bit of background: MKULTRA did not end in 1962, as advertised. It was shifted over to the Agency’s Office of Research and Development.
John Marks is the author of the groundbreaking book, Search for the Manchurian Candidate, which exposed MKULTRA. Marks told me a CIA representative informed him that the continuation of MKULTRA, after 1962, was carried out with a greater degree of secrecy, and he, Marks, would never see a scrap of paper about it.
I’m printing below, the list of the 1955 intentions of the CIA regarding their own drug research. The range of those intentions is stunning.
Some of my comments gleaned from studying the list:
The CIA wanted to find substances which would “promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness.” Serious consideration should be given to the idea that psychiatric medications, food additives, herbicides, and industrial chemicals (like fluorides) would eventually satisfy that requirement.
The CIA wanted to find chemicals that “would produce the signs and symptoms of recognized diseases in a reversible way.” This suggests many possibilities—among them the use of drugs to fabricate diseases and thereby give the false impression of germ-caused epidemics.
The CIA wanted to find drugs that would “produce amnesia.” Ideal for discrediting whistleblowers, dissidents, certain political candidates, and other investigators. (Scopolamine, for example.)
The CIA wanted to discover drugs which would produce “paralysis of the legs, acute anemia, etc.” A way to make people decline in health as if from diseases.
The CIA wanted to develop drugs that would “alter personality structure” and thus induce a person’s dependence on another person. How about dependence in general? For instance, dependence on institutions, governments?
The CIA wanted to discover chemicals that would “lower the ambition and general working efficiency of men.” Sounds like a general description of the devolution of society.
As you read the list yourself, you’ll see more implications/possibilities.
Here, from 1955, are the types of drugs the MKULTRA men at the CIA were looking for. The following statements are direct CIA quotes:
A portion of the Research and Development Program of TSS/Chemical Division is devoted to the discovery of the following materials and methods:
1. Substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public.
2. Substances which increase the efficiency of mentation and perception.
3. Materials which will prevent or counteract the intoxicating effect of alcohol.
4. Materials which will promote the intoxicating effect of alcohol.
5. Materials which will produce the signs and symptoms of recognized diseases in a reversible way so that they may be used for malingering, etc.
6. Materials which will render the induction of hypnosis easier or otherwise enhance its usefulness.
7. Substances which will enhance the ability of individuals to withstand privation, torture and coercion during interrogation and so-called “brain-washing”.
8. Materials and physical methods which will produce amnesia for events preceding and during their use.
9. Physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time and capable of surreptitious use.
10. Substances which produce physical disablement such as paralysis of the legs, acute anemia, etc.
11. Substances which will produce “pure” euphoria with no subsequent let-down.
12. Substances which alter personality structure in such a way that the tendency of the recipient to become dependent upon another person is enhanced.
13. A material which will cause mental confusion of such a type that the individual under its influence will find it difficult to maintain a fabrication under questioning.
14. Substances which will lower the ambition and general working efficiency of men when administered in undetectable amounts.
15. Substances which promote weakness or distortion of the eyesight or hearing faculties, preferably without permanent effects.
16. A knockout pill which can surreptitiously be administered in drinks, food, cigarettes, as an aerosol, etc., which will be safe to use, provide a maximum of amnesia, and be suitable for use by agent types on an ad hoc basis.
17. A material which can be surreptitiously administered by the above routes and which in very small amounts will make it impossible for a man to perform any physical activity whatsoever.
At the end of this 1955 CIA document, the author [unnamed] makes these remarks: “In practice, it has been possible to use outside cleared contractors for the preliminary phases of this [research] work. However, that part which involves human testing at effective dose levels presents security problems which cannot be handled by the ordinary contactors.
“The proposed [human testing] facility [deletion] offers a unique opportunity for the secure handling of such clinical testing in addition to the many advantages outlined in the project proposal. The security problems mentioned above are eliminated by the fact that the responsibility for the testing will rest completely upon the physician and the hospital. [one line deleted] will allow [CIA] TSS/CD personnel to supervise the work very closely to make sure that all tests are conducted according to the recognized practices and embody adequate safeguards.”
In other words, this was to be ultra-secret. No outside contractors at universities for the core of the experiments, which by the way could be carried forward for decades.

Over the years, more facilities could be created.
If you examine the full range of psychiatric drugs developed since 1955, you’ll see that a number of them fit the CIA’s agenda. Speed-type chemicals to addle the brain over the long term, to treat so-called ADHD. Anti-psychotic drugs, AKA “major tranquilizers,” to render patients more and more dependent on others (and government) as they sink into profound disability and incur motor brain damage. And of course, the SSRI antidepressants, like Prozac and Paxil and Zoloft, which produce extreme and debilitating highs and lows—and also push people over the edge into committing violence.
These drugs drag the whole society down into lower and lower levels of consciousness and action.
If that’s the goal of a very powerful and clandestine government agency…it’s succeeding.
