More and more concerned citizens are asking tough questions about the safety of 5G wireless networks. Are big tech companies trying to quash their dissent? Action Alert!
Over the last few months, we’ve been reporting on the planned deployment of 5G wireless networks and some of the health and safety issues that are being swept under the rug by telecom companies and their enthusiasts in the government. Some communities, like Sacramento, California, have already seen the installation of “small cell” towers near homes. When activists in Sacramento started speaking out, it appears as though YouTube and other sites have silenced their criticisms of 5G.
Noah Davidson, an activist in Sacramento, noticed his young nieces started experiencing health problems after Verizon installed a small cell just 45 feet from their home. Other members of the community also started experiencing adverse effects after small cells were installed. Davidson has worked to start a grassroots movement to raise awareness about 5G in the community and to work with telecom companies to establish an opt-out program for those who do not want 5G in their neighborhood.
In so doing, it appears as though Davidson has incurred the wrath of the Internet censors. His account was apparently suspended, without explanation, by YouTube. One of the two videos on his YouTube account was footage of Sacramento activists speaking at a city council meeting. This seems deeply suspicious. YouTube is owned by Google, a company that we know is aggressively censoring content on dubious grounds. It doesn’t seem outlandish to conclude that Google and YouTube are quashing dissent about a technology they want to see implemented across the United States.
Activists are not the only ones advising us to pump the breaks on 5G. A group of hundreds of scientists from around the world recently sent a letter to the United Nations and the World Health Organization warning of “serious concerns regarding the ubiquitous and increasing exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF) generated by electric and wireless devices.” The scientists explain that EMF “affects living organisms at levels well below most international guidelines,” causing increased cancer risk, cellular stress, increase in free radicals, genetic damage, changes to the reproductive system, learning and memory deficits, and neurological disorders.
We must keep speaking out about this crucial public health issue in defiance of the censors and the crony capitalists railroading us into accepting this technology with no questions asked.
Our previous articles have covered some of the other dangers associated with 5G networks. For example, 5G utilizes millimeter waves—a shorter wavelength than the current 4G networks in use. Millimeter wavelengths have been used in crowd control devices that shoot high-powered millimeter waves that make the target feel like their skin is burning. Other research has shown that our sweat ducts can act like antennas for the shorter millimeter waves, meaning we absorb more of this energy into our bodies.
Keep in mind that we will be exposed to EMF generated by wireless devices on an unprecedented scale for two reasons. First, short millimeter waves cannot travel as far as longer waves, which is why many more “small cell” units must be installed to create a 5G network. Some neighborhoods would see dozens of small cells installed, all of them emitting microwave radiation. Second, the sheer number of wireless devices will increase. More and more systems are becoming wireless, or will become reliant on wireless technology. “Smart cities” will use wireless networks to collect and analyze data about the environment, traffic, water, transit, lighting, waste management, security, and parking. Millimeter-wave-emitting devices will saturate our environment, and the fact that we’re plunging head-first into deploying this technology without knowing the health consequences is shocking.

There’s a whole lot of sickness going on right now. The media is reporting that much of this is due to “The Flu.”
“Microwave Sickness” and “The Flu” actually share many of the same symptoms.
Doctors introduced the term “Microwave Sickness” in the 1950s. It is caused by exposure to WiFi and other sources of Electrical Pollution which is also referred to “Electrosmog.”
What most refer to as “WiFi” is “Wireless Frequency” which is actually Wireless Radiation. WiFi is produced by Microwave Frequency which is actually Microwave Radiation – like what cooks food in a microwave oven. This is also sometimes referred to as RadioFrequency Radiation or RF.
“Microwave Sickness” is sometimes referred to as “ElectroSensitivity.” Misdiagnosis is common because there are so many symptoms that could be attributed to other health issues or environmental factors. Behavioral, emotional, and mental health are also affected by WiFi and Electrosmog.
“Microwave Sickness” also affects pets, plants, and wildlife.
Exposure to WiFi and other sources of Electrosmog may not be the primary cause of every illness. However, they can still make other conditions worse.
Citizens for Safe Technology president, Frank Clegg, was once president of Microsoft Canada. He stated: “Electrosensitivity is not like an allergy you are born with; it is an illness that builds up over increased time and radiation exposure.

The rollout of 5G is happening now, in spite of many legitimate concerns about public safety, and in spite of the fact that former FCC Chairman turned corporate lobbyist, Tom Wheeler is more concerned with making money than our health.
According to Wheeler, the rollout of 5G will require an enormous increase in the number of cell towers, all pumping electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) far higher than 4G into our environment.

Experts and industry leaders will tell you there is nothing to be afraid of, yet similar to the rollout of psychotropic medications, like antidepressants and ADHD meds, these products are simply too new for us to have any understanding of the long-term effects.
Furthermore, 5G is just one new component in the electromagnetic assault on planet earth. And while we have plenty of evidence proving electromagnetic radiation is indeed harmful to human health (cell phones cause cancer, sleep disruption, attention disorders, and behavioral problems), we know very little about what the saturation of planet earth with EMF is doing to the health of the environment.
Additionally, the earth is being inundated with a range of other technologies which alter the natural frequency signature of the planet. WiFi, smart meters, the internet of things, scalar technologies, extra low frequencies (ELF), ionospheric enhancement (ie. HAARP), directed energy weapons, geoengineering programs including atmospheric spraying, a flood of GPS satellites, and the space fence are all to be included in the list of technologies adding layers of EMF disruption.
In the presence of many unusual and foreboding events in the natural world, such as massive tree die-offs, changing weather patterns, intensified storms and geologic events, and strange cloud formations, it’s worth asking what effects the deployment of EMF is having on the planet, and whose interests are being served in all of this.

Humans are beings of frequency, as are all creatures and plants on this planet. A planet which itself is a living organism, deriving energy from the sun, the galactic core, and from the greater universe for sustenance. The earth has a resonant frequency, known as the Schumann Resonance, and you only need to look back a few generations to see a time when life on earth was more harmoniously in balance.
Considering the potential long-term consequences of bathing the planet in EMF’s and disrupting the natural frequency signatures of life, one has to wonder what damage we are causing. The scale of the EMF assault is so massive and global that the results may end up looking more like a terraforming project, forever changing the makeup of the earth by disrupting life at every level.
Terraforming is, “the hypothetical process of deliberately modifying its [a planet’s] atmosphere, temperature, surface topography or ecology to be similar to the environment of Earth to make it habitable by Earth-like life.” [Source]
In our case, this would imply that earth is being prepared for occupation by some form of non-human consciousness.
Making the connection between the disruption of earth’s natural frequencies and a potential greater program of altering human consciousness while destroying planet earth, Mr. Electro Magnetics explains the link between galactic frequencies and the rapid transformation of life on earth.
Consider the following:
“A human being is comparable to a resonant circuit or a resonant cavity — an energy cup. A resonant cavity consists of capacitive reactance and inductive reactance. The physical body of the human soul group is a unique DNA-RNA combination designed to resonate with the specific energy in its environment – in particular with our Sun and the other planets in our Solar System — and especially with the Earth’s energy grids.
Energy that is emitted from the central Galactic Core is supported by the numerous resonant cavities that are stretching, extending from the Galactic Core, which is sending its energies to our galaxy, the core of the Milky Way, through our Sun, onto Earth’s magnetosphere, and into our planet’s energy grid to be absorbed by the beings that inhabit Earth.
The energies that are coming from the central Galactic Core represent the entire spectrum of frequencies — as it is said “from D.C. to daylight.” This vast spectrum will not be usable equally to all forms of life, to all beings unless the specific energy matches the beings’ resonant frequency. There must be some downshift in frequency, or in the terms of electromagnetics, attenuation and or frequency shift. The intensity of the entire spectrum of frequency waveforms is simply too great for all to absorb. These energies must be transformed or reduced by a series of transformations step-by-step, so that the frequency waveforms are usable by the end-user. Thus all beings have their unique filtering systems.
As an example, when we want to drink water and we foolishly attempt to drink from Niagra Falls or a massive swiftly flowing river — in order to drink from such a large volume of water, one must reduce the flow (or the energy) in a series of downward steps. Just as we cannot easily drink from a large source of rushing water, our bodies cannot absorb the great intensity of the full spectrum of frequencies coming from the Galactic Core. These energies must be attenuated, restrained, transformed and reduced by a series of conversions.
By such transformations the intensity of energies can be reduced and adjusted. The energy emitted from the Galactic Core has the element of intensity, as well as the spectrum of frequencies. The energies in the Galactic Core must be reduced in intensity of form in order to be harmoniously received and usable by the Human Angelic Soul group. Without a reduction in intensity, the body receiving such energy would fry and burn out like a toaster connected to an ultra high voltage source.
The central Galactic Core will naturally contain the entire spectrum of frequencies in this universe. The frequency aspect of the energies coming from the our Milky Way Galactic Core also must contain the entire spectrum. Yet only certain frequencies are suitable for human life forms. Other lifeforms, such as various extraterrestrial races, must have compatible energies for their own best use. Every life form requires energy in a specific harmonic relationship. Because our planet Earth contains an iron core, we respond best to frequencies of a multiple of 60 cycles (approximately). The Earth’s Schumann frequencies are approximately 7.5 cycles, 15 cycles, 30 cycles, and 60 cycles — and multiples thereof.
Considering the ongoing efforts of the Draco Reptilians and the Zeta Reticuli Greys to terraform and alter our planet earth, we may assume that our natural resonance with a 60 cycle frequency is not compatible with these alien races who are invading. It seems logical that they are attempting to change Earth’s frequencies to make it more compatible to their body’s requirements. Perhaps they are transforming our planet to be more compatible with their bodies, their blood. They are in effect ‘downshifting’ the resonant frequencies that have assured our survival, our living requirements — into their energy needs.
The success of the alteration, ‘metalization’, and weaponization of our Earth’s atmosphere is intended to permit the invading aliens to incarnate in their hybrids in mass — and push the Human Angelic Soul group off our Home planet. The theory that other world beings are contributing to the alteration of the natural spectrum of electromagnetic frequencies goes well above and beyond anything that modern science is taking on. Many operating in the spiritual and metaphysical realms, however, have long warned of the presence of other-world beings operating from frequency ranges outside that of human perception.
Electromagnetic interference with the resonant frequencies of earth and human beings is no theory, it just remains to be seen what the end game is and who is in a position to benefit from this type of pollution.

Modern telecommunications usually involves devices that can both send and receive wireless signals. Most of the fields of man-made electromagnetic energy we experience on a routine, daily basis are byproducts of modern industry: electrical power grids, telecommunications, and all electrically powered devices produce them. As generally opposed to naturally occurring fields of the Earth’s magnetic energy, man-made fields of electromagnetic energy have been found to be generally bad for Humans. A preponderance of the best evidence suggests that they cause cancer. If this wasn’t bad enough for city dwellers, electromagnetic energy can also be weaponized and may be used against us routinely.

Psychotronic weaponry
Electromagnetic energy can be produced and directed to influence Human moods, thoughts, and bodily functions. Devices that do this are known as ‘psychotronic weaponry’ or ‘psychotronics.’ Psychotronic weaponry utilizes electromagnetic energy frequencies primarily in the Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) range (3-30 Hz) because ELF is primarily the frequency range of the electromagnetic energy the Human brain naturally sends and receives. Electromagnetic fields in the Very Low Frequency (VLF / 3-30 kHz) and Super Low Frequency (SLF / 30-300 Hz) ranges can also have psychotronic effects.
Man-made electromagnetic energy (EM) signals produced and applied in the ELF range can be synchronized to Human brain waves so that the brain becomes ‘entrained.’ The targeted individual’s brain waves are firstly scanned to determine the frequency of the EM his or her brain is currently producing. Then, that same frequency produced by the targeted individual’s brain is produced by the psychotronic weapon and directed at the targeted individual. Once the targeted individual’s brain waves have been synchronized with the EM produced by the psychotronic weapon, the frequency produced by the psychotronic weapon is then gradually altered. Due to this synchronization, as the EM produced by the psychotronic weapon is gradually altered to produce any desired effects, the targeted individual’s brain waves will follow. This is the process of brain entrainment which is fundamental to psychotronic weaponry.
Don’t believe me? There is a mountain of supporting evidence. This investigation has found hundreds of pertinent documents readily available. The Navy, the Rand Corporation, NASA, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Lincoln Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Labs, the Department of Energy, Battelle Pacific Northwest Labs, and many others have all been doing significant work here. All of those names are involved in the New Manhattan Project. The more general area of study is known as ‘bioelectromagnetics’ and that is the title of the leading scientific journal. If you want to look into it further, a good place to start is the ‘Mind control’ section of the author’s previous article “Other New Manhattan Chemtrail Project Agendas.”
Your author has since uncovered much more. This section provides an overview of the author’s previously published work pertaining to mind control and the New Manhattan Project as well as newly uncovered information. The three earliest scientists presented here all have strong connections to the New Manhattan Project.
Way back in the 1930s Alfred Lee Loomis (1887-1975) was studying and writing about brain waves as he helped to develop the field of electroencephalography; which is the field of brain wave measurement. This is the same Alfred Lee Loomis who made his fortune in the electrical power industry and later went on to help develop technologies capable of bouncing electromagnetic communication signals off the ionosphere; transmitting them over thousands of miles. These facts are significant because America’s electrical power grid produces EM fields in the same frequency range as that of the Human brain and the electrical power industry has incentives such as the generation of hydroelectric power to motivate their interests in a global weather modification endeavor such as the New Manhattan Project. Also, today’s New Manhattan Project chemtrail spray has been found to be coal fly ash. Coal fly ash is a byproduct of the electrical power industry’s coal-fired power plants. As if that wasn’t enough, today’s ionospheric heaters of the New Manhattan Project (with fundamental technologies developed by Loomis) are capable of producing tremendously strong EM signals and fields that can control the weather AND influence our moods, thoughts, and bodily functions. Loomis’ work in the field of electroencephalography involved electrical diodes placed directly on a subject’s skin. So, although his work is notable here as a precursor, it was a little bit different than modern psychotronics in that modern psychotronic weaponry is administered remotely, through the air. What we are examining here is more akin to the later field of magnetoelectroencephalography.

Although what appears to be the earliest scientific paper applicable to modern psychotronic weaponry was published in 1955, it wasn’t until the early 1960s that things in the field really started getting going. Among a few other early examples was 1961’s “Research in Electrical Phenomena Associated with Aerosols” by Bernard Vonnegut et al.
“Research in Electrical Phenomena Associated with Aerosols” involved measuring the effects of EM directed at the effigy of a man, in a small chamber, surrounded by gas. This is, of course analogous to today’s everyday environment where airplanes saturate our atmosphere with very small particles and man-made electromagnetic energy is hitting us all over the place.
The author of “Research in Electrical Phenomena Associated with Aerosols” Bernard Vonnegut (1914-1997), as astute readers know, was instrumental to the early development of what has become today’s New Manhattan Project. He was an original Manhattan Project scientist. He was one of the trio of General Electric scientists who rolled out the scientific era of weather modification and he later went on to do ‘space charge’ experiments in the vein of the New Manhattan Project. In the most cited weather modification report ever, he wrote about introducing ‘chemicals’ into the atmosphere or modifying the weather by ‘altering electrical variables.’ Atmospheric chemicals and atmospheric electricity are the two key elements of today’s New Manhattan Project. On a separate note, he just happened to be Kurt Vonnegut’s brother.

In the mid-1960s, UCLA’s Brain Research Institute was studying the effects of electromagnetic fields upon Human behavior. This was around the same time that our good friend and eminent geophysicist Dr. Gordon J.F. ‘How to Wreck the Environment’ MacDonald (1929-2002) was writing about entraining people’s brains with a man-made electronic signal from outer space. Yes, you read that correctly.

Starting around 1970, academic activity in this area increased greatly; many more scientific papers began to be published.
In 1974 a book edited by Dr. Michael A. Persinger titled ELF and VLF Electromagnetic Field Effects was published. This book references and details many studies conducted with animals and Humans pertaining to physiological and biochemical changes associated with EM fields in the ELF and VLF ranges. In the preface, Dr. Persinger writes that ELF signals are associated with, “weather changes, solar disturbances and geophysical-ionospheric perturbations.” That is very convenient considering that this New Manhattan Project is primarily a global weather modification project. ELF and VLF EM is fundamental to natural life processes here on Earth. Dr. Persinger also writes that ELF signals are preferable because they, “…have the capacity to penetrate structures which house living organisms.” He’s writing about weaponized EM! Like MacDonald did about 10 years earlier, Persinger is writing here about psychotronic weaponry mind controlling people in their houses from outer space. I’m not making this up! I wish I were! I don’t think I could!
Dr. Michael A. Persinger
In this area of study, it appears that Dr. Persinger has been most instrumental. Without boring the reader with a litany of details, it suffices to say that Persinger’s work in this area has been both prolific and seminal.
Dr. Michael Persinger has been a very public figure for many decades. He just goes on and on about all this stuff. He teaches it. He is most well known for inventing what is called the ‘God Helmet.’ The God Helmet was a device placed on a subject’s head which could apparently produce in the subject the feeling of having a religious experience. He has a big Wikipedia listing.
A United States patent granted in 1990 titled “Cryogenic Remote Sensing Physiograph” details an apparatus and method for remotely scanning people’s brain waves. This is significant because, as noted earlier, the process of brain entrainment (the fundamental process of psychotronic weaponry) begins with remotely reading the brain waves of a targeted individual.

Another U.S. patent granted in 1998 titled “Thermal Excitation of Sensory Resonances” describes a method and apparatus for using directed microwave radiation or a laser beam to produce certain effects in Humans. The patent explains that, “sleepiness, drowsiness, relaxation, a tonic smile, ptosis of the eyelids, the feeling of a ‘knot’ in the stomach, sudden loose stool, and sexual excitement” can all be artificially induced in Humans using this technique.

Although the author has previously written about it in his “Other Agendas” article, it should be noted here that an expert in the field of psychotronics has written a book detailing how we can be mind controlled by all Internet connected devices. In his 2013 book Mind War Dr. Michael Aquino writes exactly that.
He writes, “BWR [mind control frequencies] can, for instance, be inserted into the Internet to be passively and indetectably (absent such sensors) received and radiated by any accessing device, from television station to desktop computer or cellular telephone.”
Dr. Michael Aquino should know. Although he is now retired, he was a Lt. Colonel, Psychological Operations, First Special Forces Regiment, U.S. Army.
My personal experiences
I often find myself staring at a computer or television screen feeling a little ‘stuck.’ Maybe you can relate.
I just came back to the computer to write this passage, but before that I was staring at the television screen as the local TV news sportscaster went on about women’s college basketball. I was standing there watching it when it occurred to me that it was odd that I would be staring at a report about women’s college basketball because I barely watch sports at all, much less have any interest in a niche like women’s college basketball.
Might the television be producing EM frequencies that encourage me to continue watching? It makes sense that this would be done. When more people watch programs for longer periods of time, they make more money. We have seen here the reality of the necessary technologies.
I often feel a compulsion to grab or hold my smartphone when there is no need to do so. I’m not sure if this is a naturally occurring psychological phenomena due to our heavy use of smartphones or something we are induced to do by EM frequencies generated by the phone.
It is in the interest of the phone maker and the telecommunications company to have their customers feeling as though they need their phone. In fact, it would be advantageous to them for us to feel addicted to our phones. That keeps the cash rolling in. Maybe the telecommunications company and/or the phone maker is complicit in the production of EM signals, coming from one’s phone, that make people feel compelled to have and use a phone.
Sometimes, I’ll be peacefully doing little things around the house when negative thoughts and feelings just start appearing in my head; for no reason. I’m a relatively happy guy. Most of my needs are met. I’m furiously building and I’m hopeful for the future. My having unprovoked negative thoughts and feelings is illogical. I didn’t used to have them. I find that, when these negative thoughts and feelings strike, if I turn off my WiFi and/or put my phone into airplane mode, then they rapidly disappear.
Might I be purposefully receiving EM through my wireless communication devices that makes me think negative thoughts and feel bad? At this point, with all my public and private railing against the establishment everywhere, I’m probably not the corporate superstate’s favorite individual. Maybe I am sent EM signals that produce negative thoughts and feelings in me as a form of punishment.
Lastly, a few weeks ago I was surfing the Internet on my desktop computer when I suddenly began to feel a distinct dryness at the top of my nasal passage. I quit my Internet browser and stepped away from the computer. As soon as I did, the dryness in my nasal passage went away. This, for me, is my most convincing episode yet.
I hope these things are the worst it’s going to get for me. If they are, then I’m getting off easy. I’ve heard plenty of super-scary horror stories from many targeted individuals who claim that their entire lives have been absolutely ruined by harmful EM frequencies.
Conclusions
It’s really just an extension of subliminal advertising. If advertisers do that, then why wouldn’t someone do this? Of course this is done.
It is very important to note that, as shown repeatedly here, the frequencies used to control minds and influence bodily functions (ELF/VLF/SLF) are the same frequencies that are germane to atmospheric phenomena. These frequencies are also fundamental to what is commonly referred to ‘the smart grid.’ The smart grid involves having our fundamental biological processes hacked and hijacked. The organizations and people responsible for exploiting these frequencies are tapping into the fundamental processes of life itself without our full knowledge or consent. That is why this information is so important and this is why people are so resistant to smart meters and WiFi; which play important roles in the smart grid.
As we go through our daily lives here in America and in many other parts of the world, as a matter of course we are all assaulted by psychotronic weaponry in one way or the other. It’s a good way to get people to do what somebody else wants without the targeted individuals knowing what hit them. This shows the cowardice, subversiveness, and lust for power not of man’s nature, but of an artificially constructed establishment.
The science of mind control (just like the New Manhattan Project) lies just outside of the Overton Window. The reality of these technologies, although exhaustively documented, is largely unknown in today’s society.
Even if your average American were to come to grips with the reality and power of these technologies, convincing them that these technologies are being purposefully used against us on a routine, daily basis is still a bridge too frickin’ far. Most people simply refuse to believe that monumental institutions of industry, academia, and government would engage in such malicious and blatant violations of the public’s trust.
This is how they get away with it and this the author’s frustration. We will never win the fight if we don’t recognize the enemy. As Edmund Burke said, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men should do nothing.”
I’m betting on Humanity. In the face of all the world, I’m betting that we will rise up and root out ALL of the establishment’s weapons used against us: physical and metaphysical. I’m betting on you, the reader. I’m betting that a relatively small percentage of intelligent and well-informed individuals will push the envelope and move the Overton Window into a size and position that will allow even the lowest common denominators to come to grips with such things as psychotronic weaponry and the New Manhattan Project. We are emerging from the cave. In the meantime, the dehumanizing agendas of mind control and chemtrails will continue.

(Natural News) Our society has reached a point where it is now more difficult to think of things that are truly private than it is to think of things that are not. Indeed, virtually every new piece of technology has the ability to infringe on your privacy rights to one degree or another. Now, it appears that even your private emotions aren’t safe.
A team of researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology say that they have developed new technology that is capable of accurately reading a person’s concealed emotions from a distance. That means that regardless of whether you feel excited, angry or happy, and regardless of how well you are trying to hide it, this new device will be able to see through even the best poker face and read you like a book.
MIT researchers claim that their “EQ-Radio” is accurate 87 percent of the time at detecting concealed emotions. Even though this may sound like something that only appears in science fiction films, especially considering the fact that it does not need to be directly linked to a person’s pulse and body in order to operate, researchers from MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) say that their device works by sending out WiFi signals to read one’s concealed emotions. These signals bounce off a person to read things like their heart rates and other relevant information that helps it to determine how the person is feeling. As reported by BigThink.com, “One of the challenges the team faced was filtering out extraneous ‘noise’ such as breath sounds to clearly detect the heart rate. Bear in mind that it’s not audio that EQ-Radio has to analyze, but instead data that reflects the speed of the WiFi bounceback. So ‘noise’ refers to irrelevant data, not the actual sound of, say, your breath. That they’re able to measure heart rate with about a .3% margin of error is remarkable. That’s as good as an ECG monitor.”
BigThink.com explained further that the emotion-reading device “is based on previous work the lab has done using WiFi to detect human movement,” and that the goal of previous work done by researchers at MIT was to use WiFi to “control heat and lighting based on your location, and to detect if an elderly person has fallen.” (Related: AI mind reading technology can tell if you’ve knowingly committed a crime.)
Let’s respond to the development of this emotion-reading technology by first stating the obvious – this country is starting to look more and more like George Orwell’s famous book 1984 with each passing day. At times when we least expect that we’re being watched, we’re being watched. At times when we least expect that we’re being listened to, we’re being listened to. In many ways, spying on Americans without their knowledge or consent is becoming commonplace in the United States, and all the while, the Fourth Amendment continues to be eroded.
Second, even though the EQ-Radio may sound cool on the surface, it becomes a bit more frightening when one considers what this technology could potentially be used for. What if, for example, the EQ-Radio was installed in surveillance cameras across some of America’s largest cities? Then, not only would these cameras be able to capture video footage of you and record audio, but they would also be capable of reading your emotions without you even knowing.
What if the device is used to spot an anxious person in a crowd or at work based on their heartbeat? Would investigators and employers be able to get away with this, or would it be a violation of individual liberty? When it comes to EQ-Radio, at this point, there appear to be more questions than answers, and more potential problems than solutions.
The security protocol used to protect the vast majority of WiFi connections has been broken. This will expose wireless internet traffic to malicious attack, according to the researcher who discovered this weakness.
It doesn’t bode well that the mainstream media is also ignoring this problem completely because it’s a very big deal. Anytime the mainstream media brushes something off, most start asking questions. Unfortunately, none of the answers we have so far to those questions are of comfort.
Considering every single cellphone now has WiFi in it and this major “weakness” could affect almost everyone. According to ARS Technica, researchers have disclosed a serious weakness in the WPA2 protocol that allows attackers within range of vulnerable device or access point to intercept passwords, e-mails, and other data presumed to be encrypted, and in some cases, to inject ransomware or other malicious content into a website a client is visiting.
The proof-of-concept exploit is called KRACK, short for Key Reinstallation Attacks. The research has been a closely guarded secret for weeks ahead of a coordinated disclosure that was scheduled for 8am Monday, East Coast time. A website disclosing the vulnerability said it affects the core WPA2 protocol itself and is effective against devices running the Android, Linux, macOS, Windows, and OpenBSD operating systems, as well as MediaTek Linksys, and other types of devices. The site warned attackers can exploit it to decrypt a wealth of sensitive data that’s normally encrypted by the nearly ubiquitous Wi-Fi encryption protocol. –ARS Technica
“This can be abused to steal sensitive information such as credit card numbers, passwords, chat messages, emails, photos, and so on,” researcher Mathy Vanhoef, of the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium wrote. “The attack works against all modern protected Wi-Fi networks. Depending on the network configuration, it is also possible to inject and manipulate data. For example, an attacker might be able to inject ransomware or other malware into websites.”
Krack Attacks, the website, went on to warn that visiting only HTTPS-protected Web pages wasn’t automatically a remedy against the attack either. Since many improperly configured sites can be forced into dropping encrypted HTTPS traffic and instead of transmitting unencrypted HTTP data, this is not a safer option. An attacker can use a script known as SSLstrip to force a site like match.com (dating website) to downgrade a connection to HTTP. The attacker is then able to steal an account when the Android device logs in.

“Although websites or apps may use HTTPS as an additional layer of protection, we warn that this extra protection can (still) be bypassed in a worrying number of situations,” the researchers explained. “For example, HTTPS was previously bypassed in non-browser software, in Apple’s iOS and OS X, in Android apps, in Android apps again, in banking apps, and even in VPN apps.”
The main concern is that cell phones which have this weakness won’t get upgraded with the “patch” or the fix for this until it’s discarded and new phone replaces it. Virtually every cell phone out there has WiFi in it. Most are eventually orphaned by their manufacturers, receiving no future updates at all. These devices, along with nearly all “consumer” WiFi access points in homes and small businesses will never be fixed and always open to attacks. In addition to the unavailability of a cell phone patch, the majority of consumer and small-business WiFi access points will never be patched either and could remain vulnerable for years if not a decade or longer.

Last month I published an article discussing the documentary “Take Back Your Power,” directed by Josh del Sol Beaulieu, in which he investigated some of the many problems associated with smart meters — including the devastating health effects they’re having on some people, and how these meters are part of a much larger covert surveillance system designed to spy on and track users, and to profit from the sale of user data.
“InPower Episode 1: A Mass Action of Liability” is the follow-up to that film, released August 26. In this film, del Sol Beaulieu reveals how people are using commerce to leverage their power against politicians and corporations to ensure the right and ability to refuse smart meters.
As revealed in “Take Back Your Power,” many feel powerless in the face of government and large corporations that seem to dictate the rules without regard for an individual’s safety. But there are a wide variety of actions you can take to protect yourself and your family. This strategy, used in three communities in the United States and Canada, has already produced results indicative of a huge potential.
Smart Meters Linked to Chronic Health Problems
I’ve warned about the hazards of microwave radiation from cellphones, routers, portable phones, smart meters and other wireless technology for decades. Now, armed with the mechanism of harm presented by Martin Pall, Ph.D., in a series of papers1,2,3,4 I’m more convinced than ever that excessive exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are a significant health hazard that needs to be addressed — especially if you struggle with heart, brain or reproductive issues.
In a nutshell, nonionizing microwave exposures are a major source of mitochondrial dysfunction, and we’ve now come to appreciate that this is at the heart of virtually all chronic disease. It’s no wonder, really, that so many are reporting serious health problems after having a smart meter installed in their home.
What Pall discovered is that microwaves emitted from devices such as cellphones, Wi-Fi routers, computers and tablets — when not in airplane mode — increase intracellular calcium through voltage gated calcium channels (VGCCs), and the tissues with the highest density of VGCCs are your brain, the pacemaker in your heart and male testes.
Once these VGCCs are stimulated they trigger the release of neurotransmitters, neuroendocrine hormones and highly damaging reactive oxygen species (ROS) that significantly raise your risk for health problems such as anxiety, depression, Alzheimer’s, brain cancer, arrhythmias and infertility, just to name a few. Anyone struggling with any of these conditions would be wise to take EMF exposure very seriously, and take steps to limit exposure to wireless technology.
Simple measures include eliminating Wi-Fi in your home or at least turning it off at night. It is also helpful to keep your phone in airplane mode most of the time. This will radically increase your battery life and keep you safe.
My phone is in airplane mode nearly the entire day as I discovered that it provided high levels of radiation up to 30 feet away, even though it was not on a call — especially when the signal strength is only one or two “bars.” Obviously keep your phone in airplane mode when you are carrying it on your body. I actually take another step and put my phone in a Faraday bag.
When it comes to smart meters, many find they’re not given a choice in the matter. As shown in “Take Back Your Power,” utility company employees have literally broken into homes to forcibly install the meters. So, what can you do? That’s the focus of the InPower Movement, a new Indiegogo-funded project from Beaulieu and his team.
The Power of Liability
According to Beaulieu, social justice can be obtained by exercising the power within the body of rules and principles codified in modern commerce, which is a descendant of what’s known as “Law Merchant.” This can offer a highly effective lawful strategy to prevent and reverse the installation of a smart meter in your home and community.
It involves holding corporate executives and government agents financially accountable for their decisions. Cal Washington, co-founder of the InPower Movement, is an “empowerment advocate” who has spent several years fighting for justice for people who have been abused by corruption within the justice system.
Is it possible to hold corporate individuals accountable for their actions? Yes, it is, “and this has the potential to change everything,” del Sol Beaulieu notes, within his Episode 1. “The next 40 minutes is an overview of how this works.” Washington summarizes the Notice of Liability action he’s developed, which del Sol Beaulieu is sharing with the world through their film and website, as follows:
“It’s basically a counter-offer [to the] contract that is being implemented to put a device on everybody’s house. They’ve got us into a tacit agreement. This [Notice of Liability document] clarifies and expresses the counter-offer in such a way that those who don’t want the meter can say ‘I don’t want a meter,’ and if [the power company] does put a meter on the house it’s going to cost [them] X amount of dollars per day … in order for you to carry out this contract.”
In other words, you are currently in a contract with your power company. By changing your analog meter to a smart meter, they are changing the contract and you have to agree to this change in terms. However, codified in commerce there’s something known as tacit agreement — an agreement that is implied or understood without being directly expressed. Unless you object, you have tacitly agreed to this change in terms. As noted by Washington, “If you don’t say no, you’ve said yes.”
By understanding that the installation of smart meters is a commercial contract issued to you by your utility company, you level the playing field. All you’re doing is entering into a contract negotiation. “All the tricks they use against you, we use against them,” Washington says.
Notice of Liability
According to Washington, anyone can issue a Notice of Liability at any time, whether you still have an analog meter or have already received a smart meter and/or have tacitly agreed to the new meter. The “Notice of Liability” generally applies worldwide, as it is based on the system of commerce that governs corporate commerce everywhere. This is a system that virtually none of the general public is aware of, “and now you can actually use it,” Washington says. “You’re now playing the proper game in the proper court.”
Importantly, the Notice of Liability lays accountability at the feet of an individual. Corporate employees and agents can no longer hide behind their corporate post where they have no personal accountability. This includes government employees as well, because the U.S. government is actually run as and functions as a corporation. As noted in the film, the U.S. code defines the United States as a federal corporation, and Canada is listed as a company located in Washington D.C. on the U.S. securities and exchange.
Understanding Corporate Jurisdiction
In the film, Washington explains a key misunderstanding relating to jurisdiction. To explain the crux of the problem, he offers the following analogy: You’re hired as an employee in the auto department at Walmart. When hired, you agree to a basic contract that stipulates that you will work a certain number of hours for a certain pay. One day, your manager asks you to come in to work at 2 a.m. — a time when the store is closed.
While the auto department manager has jurisdiction over you, he’s under the jurisdiction of the store manager. Hence, you can file a complaint with the store manager, notifying her that what you’re being asked to do goes against company policy.
Walmart, in turn, has to obey the rules of the city in which it is located. In this example, the store is in Detroit, and must therefore follow employment rules and regulations of the city. Detroit, in turn, is under the jurisdiction of Michigan, and all businesses in Detroit must obey state laws. Next you have the United States, and this is what most people don’t know — the United States is functioning as a corporation UNDER the jurisdiction of The United States of America, the country. While they sound the same, they are not identical.
Courts operate under the corporation of the United States. In other words, according to Washington, the court system can be likened to a corporation within a corporation. Importantly, Americans believe they’re under the jurisdiction of the country called the United States of America, but in reality, you’re operating your day-to-day life under the jurisdiction of a corporation called the United States (or U.S.), and you’ve tacitly agreed to this, whether you realize it or not.
Lastly, the corporate United States is under the jurisdiction of Law Merchant, which governs commercial law, which in turn is under the jurisdiction of Common Law — which is where you find the Constitution of the United States of America (the republic). Both the United States of America and Canada were founded on the Common Law — the highest laws of the land — and still operate under their jurisdiction, “but you have to know how to invoke them,” Washington says.
There will no doubt be some who are resistant to what Washington and InPower are revealing. But I find it highly interesting that even before addressing the smart meter problem, he produces evidence of an extraordinary long list of people in high-level positions resigning from office, shortly after he sent them certain documentation.
Invocation of Personal Liability Is a Powerful Tool
The above example illustrates corporate jurisdiction. Even if a company allows their employees to work around the clock, they cannot force you to do so if it violates the laws of the city, state or the corporation of the U.S. In this case, the notice of liability action takes advantage of the fact that the corporation of the U.S. is under the jurisdiction of merchant and common law. Hence, by invoking these laws you supersede all others.
How does this make government officials personally liable, though? Government officials swear an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. Their oath is a contract. So, if they do not honor your constitutional rights, then they are not protected by their position within the corporation of the United States — they are personally liable because they’ve overstepped their role, just like the Walmart auto department manager did in the hypothetical illustration.
He did not have jurisdiction to tell you to clock in for work at 2 a.m., and a government official does not have the authority or jurisdiction to negate or violate the Constitution, merchant or common law. The only way they can practically get away with it is by your tacit agreement — you must actually waive your rights. The notice of liability that Washington created explicitly invokes your rights.
Phase 1 Results
Phase 1 of the InPower project involved three “seed” groups with a total of 200 participants who sent out liability notices. Similar to Washington’s previous experiences, a number of officials who received liability notices resigned from their posts. del Sol Beaulieu clarifies that, “while there’s no saying for certain what factors are involved in each resignation,” respondents are indeed resigning.
For example, on January 30, 2015, Brett Hodson, CEO of Corix Group, which installs smart meters, received more than 100 notices from residents in Kelowna, BC, Canada. On February 4, he received a separate Notice of Default from Washington. Hodson announced his resignation that same day.
Kelowna was one of the three seed groups. Groups in Seattle and Detroit also launched Notice of Liability actions. In Seattle, after receiving 21 Notices of Liability, three of the nine City Council members announced they would not seek reelection, including one who resigned before the end of her term.
“In Detroit, it is all-out war,” del Sol Beaulieu says. “The utility DTE has cut electricity to several homeowners who have refused smart meters.” However, after receiving 21 default notices (a later stage of the liability action), the Michigan attorney general suddenly began calling for free opt-out. Four of the eight officers in the Michigan Public Service Commission who are being held liable appear to have resigned — though it is yet unconfirmed by the utility.
Phase 2 Plan of Action and Summary
While del Sol Beaulieu states the focus of Phase 1 was to prove that the concept works, Phase 2 is a call to mass action across North America and Canada, with the goal of stopping the smart meter agenda completely and reversing back to safe, noninvasive technology. In summary, the Notice of Liability is part of a contractual negotiation process between you and your utility company. A contract has four basic components:
1. An offer. In this case, your utility may mail you a notice or post a notice on its website, telling you they are upgrading your meter. Unless you say no, you’re saying yes (tacit acceptance)
2. Negotiation/meeting of the minds. Whenever you present a contract to someone, they have the right and ability to negotiate the terms. (On a side note, to be valid, a contract must include full disclosure of relevant facts and terms, or else the contract is null and void. One could argue that since utility companies are not providing full disclosures about the potential health effects of the meters, they’ve voided the contract)
3. Unconditional acceptance. In this case, by sending out a notice of liability, you are issuing a counter-offer to their initial offer. You’re giving conditional acceptance, and to be valid, a contract must be unconditional. This means your conditions must either be met or removed.
As above, consent to conditions can be gained tacitly. This means if they do not reply to your notice of liability, and ratify the contract by installing the meter, they’ve accepted your terms — including the financial liability spelled out in your counter-offer.
For example, your notice may state that “If you put a meter on my house, I shall charge you $10,000 per week.” If they install a smart meter, or fail to remove the smart meter, your terms are deemed accepted, and the individual to whom you sent the notice is personally liable for this financial obligation. Within your legal rights are the use of liens, collection agencies and more.
They cannot fight you in court, because your notice restricts the jurisdiction — it’s part of the negotiation process of a personal agreement or contract between you and the individual. It’s no different than purchasing their house. Since they put the offer out, they cannot back out of the deal — your notice is part of the negotiation and these are your terms to their contract
4. Money exchange or performance ratifies the contract. “Performance” is the action of doing something based on the contract, which in this case is the installation or non-removal of the smart meter. By performing the act, the contract — entered into with your conditional acceptance — goes into effect and the individual is financially liable per your counter-offer
Join the InPower Movement
I am extremely excited about this project as it can serve as a template for not only removing smart meters, but wireless technology in schools. It is important to understand that children are at much higher risk of EMF damage. As noted in the InPower trailer,5 this strategy may also be used to stop deployment of 5G, forced vaccinations and other problems of “profits before people.”
On a call with del Sol Beaulieu and Washington last week, they explained to me how this process differs from others because it comprehensively lays the groundwork for the actual enforcement of the liability. “This isn’t the only possible solution,” del Sol Beaulieu said. “But we feel strongly about addressing the problem at its root, which is how money has corrupted social governance.”
“Those who get it, get it — and they will be enough,” Washington said. “There’s a certain percentage of people who have been waiting for this, and who can see through propaganda — for example from the utilities and lawyers, who will try to convince you that using commerce is bunk, even though it’s THEIR system.”
“This is about correcting the system which has become extremely out of balance. It’s to the point where the imbalance will threaten life as we know it, if allowed to continue. We can actually help to restore balance, and make big changes, when enough people catch onto this.”

Shocking Admission Reveals How Smart Meters Are Used for Clandestine Surveillance
Last but not least, even if you do not believe smart meters have any ill health effects, I urge you to join the movement to eliminate them, if for no other reason than to block the global rollout of these clandestine surveillance devices. There can be little doubt that they are infringing on personal privacy, and indeed were designed with that in mind.
Rights advocate Jerry Day came across the following video, which del Sol Beaulieu calls “the most startling admission I have seen regarding in-home surveillance as the real focus of smart meters.” The video is a marketing video for Onzo, a large data aggregator that works with over 100 utilities globally. In this video, they explain what your power usage data is really used for:
“We then use this characterized profile to give the utility… the ability to monetize their customer data by providing a direct link to appropriate third-party organizations based on the customer’s identified character.”
In 2015, the director of grants and research at the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners also stated that, “I think the data [harvested by ‘smart’ meters] is going to be worth a lot more than the commodity that’s being consumed to generate the data.”6

I believe in bringing quality to my readers, which is why I wanted to share some information about the directors, Josh del Sol Beaulieu and Cal Washington, from the InPower Docuseries and movement. We sat down with del Sol Beaulieu and Washington to learn a little more about what goes in to making these films. Thank you both for sharing with us.
What was your inspiration for launching the InPower Movement?
Washington: Through a long process of learning the hard way, I had managed to go from a life tormented by the “system” to total freedom, and was left alone to live my life, which I was doing. Josh knew of my journey, and asked if anything I had learned could be used to stop the “smart” meter implementation. Based on my experiences over a 10- to 12-year period, we then put together the liability action, used it in three different cities, and got some results.
We have since become inspired to make it as simple as possible for people to do together. So our Phase 2 plan is to offer a website with semiautomated document completion, print and video resources, and a hub to create a community experience.
del Sol Beaulieu: Seeing how so many well-intentioned people trying to preserve their rights and keep their families safe were getting just steamrolled by their utilities. I wanted to provide another option to restore accountability within the utilities and commissions — a process to which I am fully committed.
And I believe that it’s going to happen, as more people get connected with tools like what Cal’s bringing forward, because relatively it’s really only a few people who want a lawless corporatocracy.

Recently, I came across one of the most comprehensive articles about 5G and the problems it will create for humankind (and all of creation) if and/or when 5G is rolled out across nations around the globe, which I thought my readers ought to know about.
I contacted the author, Canadian Mr. Jerry Flynn, a retired captain, and asked his permission to use it verbatim in an article I would submit. Mr. Flynn graciously gave his full permission. So, not wanting to waste readers’ time, I submit
“5G” Wireless Technology Should be Banned! Wireless Radiation Violates Human Rights and the Nuremburg [sic] Code of Ethics!
Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISEDC) needs to realize that the general public are becoming aware of the long history of corruption in the USA, which, shamefully, spilled over into Canada and other Western countries in/or around the 1970s. Evidence of this can be seen in the following: In 1961, US President Eisenhower warned Americans to be on guard against the emergence of a corrupt US military-industrial complex (M-I-C), but too few people heeded him. [1] In 1968, US President Johnson, in his State of the Union Address, promised to protect the American people from the EMF (electro-magnetic field) radiation emitted by TV sets and other electronic equipment etc.! He subsequently signed into law the Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act. [2] In 1971, US President Nixon’s own radiation Management Advisory Panel warned him that the levels of ELF (extremely low frequency)/RF (radio frequency) EMF radiation then present in the USA may already be biologically significant, that the nation’s entire population might be at risk, especially if future generations are considered! [3] In 1995, US President Clinton released a Memorandum stating: “Transmitter masts should not be sited on schools or near residential areas”! [4] In 2004, US Senator, John McCain (who just underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor) stated that: “We have compelling evidence that there is an incestuous relationship between the defense industry and defense officials that is not good for America.” [5] In 2010, US President Obama’s own Cancer Advisory Panel identified the risk to children and adolescents from wireless radiation as the most pressing problem! [6]
Today, in 2017, ISEDC needs to be aware of the declassified 1976 US Defense Intelligence Agency document [7], which exposes what prompted – and continues to cause – today’s unparalleled corruption: 1) The US military’s determination to remain the most powerful (i.e., technologically advanced) in the world; and, 2) technology-based industries, such as electric power generation and wireless and telecommunications are encouraged to explore and fully exploit new, commercial applications of wireless technology. By doing so, those same industries, on which the US Defense Industry depends, ensure that the US military remains the most powerful on earth! Tragically for all Canadians, Health Canada and what was then Industry Canada saw fit in the 1970s to align themselves with the USA and, in so doing, sacrificed forever the health and safety of the people of Canada!
Today, the Government of Canada still appears to be more concerned with industrial growth (and remaining in step with the USA) than it is about protecting the health and safety of Canada’s population! [8] Non-industry scientists the world over are worried that the new, much higher microwave frequencies used in “5G” technology (28 GHz, 37-40 GHz, 64-71 GHz) have never been independently tested for safety, yet the Canadian telecom industry have already completed their initial tests to prove the technology! (US companies are already installing “5G” in some US states!)
Fifth Generation (“5G”) technology, if implemented nationally, would further irradiate the entire population of Canada – without their knowledge, comprehension of what is being done to them, or their consent! This would be yet another, even more serious violation of the Nuremburg [sic] Code and the most heinous crime imaginable! [9] While the current and all three previous generations of microwave technology also violate the Nuremburg [sic] Code, informed people fear that “5G” would prove to be mankind’s Armageddon – – – of Industry’s own selfish creation!
Governments of Canada are elected, in part, to protect the health, safety and well-being of its people. Yet, Health Canada (like the USA): a) refuses to recognize/admit that there are harmful health and biological non-thermal effects caused by RF EMF radiation; b) refuses to admit that today’s wireless RF products / devices / toys all emit pulsed non-thermal radiation; c) refuses to acknowledge/admit that ELF (60 Hz) magnetic fields are harmful to people and other life forms; d) refuses to recognize/admit that there is such a condition known as “EHS” (electro-hypersensitivity), which affects at least 3% of the world’s entire population; and, e) has never once seen fit to make it mandatory for Industry to first prove – by qualified, non-industry scientists, replicating real-life applications – that the radiation emitted by wireless products / devices / toys is safe! Nor has Health Canada ever imposed the Precautionary Principle – even though the WHO (World Health Organization) itself stated – in 2003 – that there was sufficient evidence to justify its application (for both ELF and RF EMFs)! [10] Nor did Health Canada ever attempt to halt in any way the provinces, who each saw fit to mandate their electric utilities to roll-out ‘smart’ meters – even when the WHO subsequently classified RF EMFs a Class 2B or ‘Possible’ carcinogen, in 2011!
Governments’ total disregard for the health and safety of the public has resulted in: 1) a growing host of disease epidemics, such as autism, ADHD, cancers, Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, ALS, and other diseases of the brain, central nervous system and immune system, which most people had not heard of before wireless technology appeared. [11] (These disease epidemics are now common in every jurisdiction on earth that has adopted wireless technology!); 2) homes / dwellings are now far more susceptible to break-ins, intrusions, and the threat of electrical fires – thanks to provincially-mandated ‘smart’ meters, which are unbelievably intrusive, invasive, hackable, fire-prone, and very expensive; and, 3) Canada’s National Security is now at greater risk than at any previous time in our history, thanks to Government’s irresponsible decision to incorporate ‘smart’ meters in Canada’s national power grid!
No national government today can be unaware of the ‘International EMF Scientists Appeal’! (Again, ‘EMF’ stands for electromagnetic field radiation, which is emitted by all wireless products / devices, but none more so than the insidious ‘smart’ meter, particularly when they are operational in what electric utilities call ‘meshed grid networks’!). To date, the Appeal has been signed by at least 225 of the world’s leading EMF scientists – from 41 countries! Addressed to the Secretary General of the United Nations, to all UN-member countries and to the Director General of the WHO, it urges all leaders to: ‘Protect mankind and wildlife from EMFs and wireless technology’! [12]
ISEDC also needs to heed that:
On July 25, 2017, CBC TV released the results of a 38-year study (1973-2011) showing that sperm production is down more than 50%! Doctors are very concerned and point to some potential causes. Inconceivably, not a single doctor mentioned ELF or RF EMF radiation as being possible causes! Such is the power of mainstream new media, which controls what people are allowed to see on TV, hear on the radio, or read in newspapers!
Although the public’s health is not ISEDC’s concern, you have a moral obligation to note that, in 1958, the Soviet Union set their safety level for continuous exposure to RF EMF radiation 1,000 times lower (0.01 mW/cm²) than that which the USA (10 mW/cm²) had set in 1955 – which was adopted by Canada and all Western countries! (See Ref. for the History of Exposure Safety Standards.) [13]
Since 1969, the USA has known of the ‘Biologic Effects and Damages to Health” people suffer when exposed to non-thermal EMF. They knew then that non-thermal radiation causes cancer! American doctors also observed gastric bleeding, leukemia, chromosome damage, etc. [14]
In 1988, the US Air Force acknowledged that RF-Microwave radiation has a biological (i.e., non-thermal) effect on living organisms (which includes people)! [15]
“Since 1998, there have been an enormous number of scientific studies demonstrating damage to biological systems by microwaves below the ICNIRP (and Canada’s Safety Code 6) limits! [16] [17] [18] [19]
In 1999, Health Canada’s own Safety Code 6 (page 11) stated: “Certain members of the general public may be more susceptible to harm from RF and microwave exposure”! [20]
EMF scientists around the world urge all governments to place a moratorium on “5G” technology! [21]
In conclusion, the world’s only super power, the USA, is dependent on the American communications and electronics industry to ensure that it’s military has the most advanced communications, radar, weapons, and electronic warfare systems of any nation in the world. Also, since 1955, the US military and its allies – including Canada – have publicly recognized only the thermal effects of RF-MW radiation! Yet Industry has exploited wireless technology – as it is now doing with “5G” technology – even though US military scientists, US non-industry scientists, Eastern-bloc scientists, and other scientists around the world have known for decades that there are hazardous non-thermal effects to microwave frequency radiation! Prior to mobile technology, few people had heard of autism, ADHD, Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, brain tumors, leukemia and other cancers, etc., which today plague most countries of the world! Scientists also believe that the overall total or cumulative amount of ‘electro-smog’ (emitted by all wireless products / devices / toys) that now saturates planet earth’s environment literally threatens life on earth, as we know it! It is a tragedy that EMF radiation is both invisible and indiscernible, because it is literally everywhere today, and no person and no living thing can escape it!
It is imperative for ISEDC to now heed that most of the EMF scientists in the world have called on ALL governments to place a moratorium on “5G” technology! Were ISEDC to unleash on a still largely unsuspecting, defenseless public the, as yet unknown, hazards of “5G” technology – on top of what the Canadian population is already enduring – would be obscene beyond belief! Those doing so would be guilty of committing the most heinously cruel crime possible – knowingly and deliberately irradiating an entire national population – without the people’s knowledge, understanding or consent! Absolutely unimaginable! Yet our national leaders continue to boast to the world that Canada is one of the world’s model democracies! As for Canada’s National Security, nothing is more exposed, more vulnerable or more indefensible than a wireless radio system!
Readers should take particular note of what Mr. Flynn says about Canada’s following the USA; disregard for the Nuremberg Code; the industrial-military complex; and EMF/RF radiation and non-thermal adverse health effects.
5G and higher have not been tested for human safety. Before consumers become so enamored of higher speed Internet access, maybe we had better take a step back, do our research and really learn what the inordinate use of smart gadgets and appliances will result in as health consequences adversely affecting all humans, wildlife and plant life.
Before any rollouts of 5G, consumers should be demanding the scientific research proving safety, not just microwave technology consensus science where guys and gals get together and jawbone which science they want to accept and/or belief as factual, something that industry’s professional associations are keen to do and promote.
Whereas factually and in scientific reality, that industry’s funded research found 32% non-thermal radiation wave adverse effects, which ICNIRP states it will not accept. In my opinion as a researcher, that’s tantamount to scientific fraud.

The use of Smart-meters is now beginning to become understood as a sophisticated spy device. Citizens all over America are beginning to organize, to protest about them. But there is even more to these sophisticated spy devices.
There are numerous claims that they cause fires (they are not UL rated and some claim they are technically illegal for home use because of that according to state fire codes).
There are also numerous claims that they cause serious and debilitating health problems like migraine headaches, insomnia, nervousness, and a myriad of strange health problems that appeared suddenly not previously appeared so frequently. Some claim that they cause various kinds of cancer.
And although many of these claims are being made by homeowners who just had a Smart-meter installed, some have been substantiated by well qualified scientists all over the world in various nations.
And there are new peer reviewed research studies which are showing that the EMF levels that Smart-meters radiate and expose homeowners to are strong enough to cause serious health problems for those who have a Smart-meter installed or close by.

A deeper analysis of the factors behind the implementation of the Smart-meter program suggests that there is massive political power behind its mandated implementation.
This strong political power behind the Smart Grid becomes obvious to any homeowner who tries to get a Smart Meter removed after it has been installed. These Smart-meters are usually installed without customer/homeowner consent; and always without their “informed consent” which is required by case law for medical devices.
And there is now substantial evidence to suggests that Smart-meters are actually functioning as unlicensed, unapproved medical devices that have been deployed without giving the public any serious informed consent of the risks (which are substantial).

Looks like the Smart Grid system is high priority and a “national security” mandated system.
Top Officials involved in deploying this Smart Grid program express serious fear when pressed for an explanation of the public safety aspects of this system. Looks like this has been driven by a very powerful Intel related group that is taking orders from somebody. The question is from who or what?
There have been anecdotal unsubstantiated reports by insiders that some such officials feels their very lives are in jeopardy if they disclose what they known and their own personal concerns. Apparently some have actually been threatened with serious ramifications if they disclose what they have been told in secret. Some have allegedly had their lives threatened by US Intel agents.
Some officials have had to sign confidentiality/secrecy agreements and have been told that the Smart Grid system is a top secret sophisticated Intelligence gathering tool needed to prevent nuclear and other forms of terrorism and organized crime.
This is true but there is more that is not being disclosed, that the system has the capability to be utilized as a very sophisticated weapon that involves “no direct touching” of the victim.
Yes, there is now new evidence emerging that the implementation of Smart-meters (and the Smart Grid) is actually a sophisticated weapon of war when one examines its full capabilities.
It is my view based on the level of technological sophistication employed by Smart-meters, they are based on sophisticated Alien ET technology provided through exchange programs.
Just how deeply involved has the USG become involved with Alien ETs and how much of their advanced technology has been gained or back-engineered.
We now know for certain that the US Secret Shadow Government (SSG) has recovered and worked at back-engineering numerous crashed Alien ET anti-gravity craft. We also know for certain that dead Alien ET bodies were recovered; at least one live alien ET was rescued and kept in captivity; and the USG secretly has formed exchange programs based on signed treaties with Alien ETs.
In these Alien ET exchange programs Alien ET super advanced technology has been exchanged for use of human subjects and their biological samples. In one program in particular at the Dulce N.M. Deep Underground Military Base (DUMB), a certain USAF Military contractor is working with Alien ETs on a joint program to hybridize humans and synthesize the human soul and to develop clone replicas of top officials and top politicians. I heard one claim made that the massive immigration, legal and illegal has been mandated to provide cover for these hybrids and some human looking Alien ETs to enter society.
Just how advanced has the implementation of Alien ET technology become inside the Secret Space War Program and does the Smart Grid System employ this technology?
If anecdotal insider reports are accurate, hybridizations and cloning has been successful to a point. However if reports are true, attempts to synthesize the human soul so far have been unsuccessful and doomed to failure. Same for the attempts to transfer one “mind” into a clone made to look like them from their own DNA. The clones have short lives and often strange neurological (CNS) glitches.
Some have claimed that hybridization produces a hived psychopath with no soul, but this has not been substantiated.
There are now unsubstantiated reports which I consider valid that all secrecy has unofficially ended because of the new quantum based D-wave inter-dimensional based spy systems. In these systems which have become satellite based, no computer circuit on or off is safe from quantum access. D-waves have been purported to cross through a dimension where distance and time is different than what we normally experience.
From all the leaks coming out it seems apparent that all secrecy is now ending and anything written or spoken is now available to the various largest, most advanced Intel Agencies.
In any event, it is not unreasonable to ask the question, have the top Secret Shadow Government (SSG) officials who run the Secret Space War Program (SSWP) become themselves seriously mind-kontrolled by Alien ETs whom they have been working with?
Have these top SSG officials who sit on the major control board (MJ) become tools of Alien ETs in the take-down of America and even the human species? The Smart Grid has been deployed, it appears to be a very high-tech sophisticated weaponized EMF system. And there is deep secrecy and strong political muscle behind this deployment.
Is the small group of top officials pushing this Smart Grid System upon us run by an evil Alien ET group attempting a take-down of Earth so they can get rid of the human race and repopulate it with their own creations? It is now pretty apparent that it is being disassembled piece by piece and this is mandated from the Superior General himself in order to displace the old for the new. Conservative Christians have attributed the emergence of this BT/RKM/COL system to a belief that the top several who control this whole BT/RKM/COL Hierarchy have willingly given up their souls to receive vast riches, power and status from Lucifer (Satan) the temporary God of this world.
Here’s where this alleged issue of internecine war takes a jump into the deepest esoterics. Have the newbies who run the SSG Deep-black and Beyond-Black programs drifted into their own breakaway subculture, one that has been entrained by subtle non-obvious but very sophisticated Alien ET mind-kontrol. Have these top SSG folks been taken over without even realizing it?
Here is a thought to contemplate: Do you think that Americans would have been so silent without all the deployment of advanced psychotronics after the middle class has been stripped of over 40% of it wealth since 2008, and savings accounts pay less than 1%, far below inflation?
Sure seems like We The People have been psychotronically satiated and tranquilized, doesn’t it as America is being asset stripped and our Constitution is being trashed and ignored?

Since 1990 brain tumors and tumors of the central nervous system (CNS) have more than doubled, according to a report by the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation Stralskyddsstiftelsen published January 20, 2017 [1].
The number of patients is on a steady increase since 2004-2005. Is that coincidental with the increase of smart technology, which uses microwaves to implement instant access and networks? In 1990 the rate was 827 patients, whereas in 2015 it more than doubles to 1807 patients or 2.185 times!
The rise in malignant and non-cancerous tumors is happening in younger patients, those who are more likely to be using smart technology gadgets, e.g., iPhones and Wi-Fi at school or work.
The breakdown according to brain and spinal cord cover (122), brain (123), and CNS spinal cord, cranial nerves (124) tumors is depicted in the color-coded graph below.
The frightening part about what’s going on in Denmark is that CNS tumors are almost as common as melanoma in those aged 0 to 39 years.
I find it rather interesting that conflicting reports exist in countries, e.g., Denmark and the United States. The U.S. National Cancer Institute claims no increase in brain tumors are taking place; the Swedish Radiation Authority argues “cancer rates in Sweden and other countries do not show any increase that might be attributed to the massive mobile phone use that started in the beginning of this century”; and the Danish Cancer Registry who issued a report stating under-reporting of cancer cases occurs.
In a 2009 report [2], this was stated in the
Conclusion. The overall completeness of the SCR [Swedish Cancer Register] is high and comparable to other high quality registers in Northern Europe. For most uses in epidemiological or public health surveillance, the underreporting will be without major impact. However, for specific research questions our findings have implications, as the degree of underreporting is site specific, increases with age, and does not seem to be random, as diagnoses without histology or cytology verification are overrepresented. An annual comparison of the SCR against the HDR [Hospital Discharge Rate] could point to hospitals, geographic areas or specific diagnoses where organizational and administrative changes should be introduced to improve reporting.
However, “Case control studies repeatedly show increased risks for CNS tumors from mobile and cordless phone use” [1] and here’s what is said about that:
Ever since 2010 all studies investigating risks for brain tumors from mobile phone use over 30 minutes to one hour a day over several years have found increased risks for CNS tumors (glioma, acoustic neuroma and also meningioma).1 Today 75% of Swedish 16 year old girls use their “smart phone” over 3 hours a day and they have been wrongly informed that there are no health risks observed, often with reference to incorrect claims about brain tumor incidence trends.
– It is unethical to wait for even more people to be diagnosed with brain tumor before the industry, government and authorities warn mobile phone users of the serious health risks with today’s intense and prolonged use, says Mona Nilsson, President of the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation.

The Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation report is only one of hundreds, if not thousands, of reports and/or published studies indicating that cancer, whether it is CNS or some other etiology, definitely is on the increase, especially in folks using microwave technology and its ‘smart’ gadgets. The younger generations are most affected too. Probably consumers really don’t understand the ‘mechanics’ and physiology of how microwave radiation works. It’s not as benign as promoters and acolytes would have us believe.
Microwaves negatively impact the human immune system.
EMFWise Health Effects of Wireless Radiation states:
Immune System Dysfunctions and Chronic Diseases
Unlike other particles and pathogens, microwaves can penetrate directly into the body. This is a problem for the immune system which relies a lot on skin as a barrier against pathogens. Some of the possible consequences found from microwave radiation include: Morphological alterations of immune cells; Changes in lymphocytes dependent on the carrier frequency; Reduced T lymphocyte count; and Hypersensitivity manifesting as autoimmunity.” [3] [CJF emphasis added]
Note what is said about microwaves penetrating directly into the body! The human body on average is between 50 and 70 percent water. Water being impacted by microwave radiation, known as non-thermal radiation, presents a physiological (biological) problem insofar as 90 percent of the body’s water acts as an information system or network for cells.
As an example, just holding an operating smart phone in your hand allows negative waves to travel up the hand, into the arm to pollute the body. That does not take into consideration holding an operating smart phone, which is much less safe than other cell phones according to some researchers, next to the side of your head. Invariably, when tumors are found, they exist next to where a cell phone touched the head or body, e.g., side of head, breast (some females place cell phones in their bras; that’s a huge NO-NO!), and testicles (men carry active cell phones in their trouser pockets).
The current craze of ‘smart’ appliances, gadgets and technologies is nothing short of crazy, in my opinion, since it creates a SEA of electrical pollution impacting everyone. The most vulnerable are fetuses, children and the elderly.
Here are some consumer products you may want to re-evaluate for EMF/RF/ELF exposures: cell, smart and iPhones; Wi-Fi and routers; computers – especially operating laptops resting on your lap or body; baby monitors; cordless phones; computer games for infants and toddlers; smart utility meters.
Currently, there’s a huge disconnect between microwave industry-promoted science and those independent scientists who are finding what’s called non-thermal radiation adverse health effects. Here’s where it’s at: Microwave Industry studies find 32 percent harmful effects and 68 percent no effects; whereas Non-industry studies find 70 percent harmful effects and 30 percent no effects. Whoever funds the research really matters.
That reminds me of the cigarette industry’s infamous doctors’ claims in the 1950s that “most doctors preferred Camels cigarettes.” How many doctors today would want to be caught smoking?

With plenty of options for your telco services, it’s time to shop around

The CRTC wants Canadians to know that if they don’t like their cable TV deal, they should shop around. The broadcast regulator is even offering an online guide on how to do so.
It also pays to shop around for phone and internet service. There are a growing number of choices out there, including smaller competitors and online alternatives that could help you save big money on all your telco bills.
CBC News scoped out various options and highlights some here that are easy to obtain and, yes, perfectly legal.
Get free cellphone service
Exceeding your cellular plan’s talk minutes every month?
Waterloo, Ont., companies Fongo and TextNow both have apps that offer free cellphone service using Wi-Fi or your mobile phone’s data connection.
Simply download either app to your cellphone at no charge and sign up. You’ll immediately get a phone number, voicemail and countrywide calling — for free.
TextNow also offers free unlimited texting in North America while Fongo charges $1.99 a month. Both apps also have low-cost long-distance deals.
Agnes Thomson, 80, in Powassan, Ont., downloaded a mobile app to get free cellphone service using her internet.
A word of warning, when relying on Wi-Fi, a weak, congested or spotty connection could lead to diminished or temporarily dead service.
But the hiccups don’t bother 80-year-old Agnes Thomson in Powassan, Ont. About a year and a half ago, she ditched her home phone and got a secondhand iPhone.
Thomson didn’t sign up for a cellular plan. Instead, she just uses the Fongo app and her home internet service.
Now, her only phone-related expense is two cents a minute to call family in Scotland.
“I enjoy it,” says Thomson. “I can talk for a while and won’t be getting a big bill.”
Get cheap home phone service
Just can’t part with your landline? You might consider getting a VOIP (voice over internet protocol) system for your home phone. It enables you to make calls using the internet.
Companies like TekSavvy offer the system for a monthly fee, typically much lower than the cost of a traditional landline.
But you can score an even cheaper deal by purchasing a device like MagicJack or Ooma. You connect it to your home phone and your internet router, and get VOIP service plus features like voicemail for around $4 or less a month.

Stephen Weyman in Moncton, N.B., has been using MagicJack for the past five years. He bought the device online, but you can also find it in stores like BestBuy for about $45. That includes a free year of service.
“It’s very easy to use and set up and it’s much cheaper than home phone service,” says Weyman, who runs the consumer tips website HowToSaveMoney.
He also says the service is reliable — as long as your internet doesn’t fail.
Share your Netflix password
This tip may sound improper … but it’s not. Last month, Netflix CEO Reed Hastings declared that sharing your password for the streaming service is just fine.
He stated it’s something Netflix has to live with, because there’s so much legitimate password sharing going on. “So there’s no bright line,” on the issue, he said.
However, that doesn’t mean you can now share your service with your entire extended family.
A standard $9.99 Netflix plan allows watching on only two screens at the same time. An $11.99 premium plan allows for the maximum of four screens playing simultaneously.
Explore streaming and antenna options
Still clinging to cable because Netflix just isn’t enough? You have a couple of other streaming service options: Bell CraveTV and Rogers Sportsnet Now.
Cineplex also offers a huge selection of movies that Canadians can download to rent or own.
To get the main Canadian networks for free, try an indoor or outdoor antenna. Indoor ones may pick up fewer channels, but they’re super easy to set up and can cost as little as $20.
But before splurging, Weyman recommends checking out the resource site TVFool, which helps you figure out which over the air channels are accessible in your area.
Weyman also points out that many Canadian networks — including specialty channels like Bravo, HGTV and The Comedy Network — have content available for free online. Weyman offers a comprehensive list on his website.
And if you don’t enjoy watching shows on your laptop, there are simple ways to transfer the content onto your TV.

The easiest method is to buy an HDMI cable, retailing for around $20. Use it to connect your laptop or tablet to your television and any online video you play will show up on your TV screen.
For a wireless connection, Weyman suggests getting a Google Chromecast, which costs around $45. Plug the device into your TV set and you’ll be able to stream video onto your television, cable-free.
Shop around for TV and internet
There are a growing number of smaller providers offering Canadians TV, internet and home phone services at competitive prices.
Many people have heard about the growing company, TekSavvy which offers internet and home phone deals.
But there are other small companies offering competitive rates including for TV packages. For example, Zazeen, VMedia, and CIK Telecom offer the skinny basic TV package for well below the usual price of $25. Internet service is required and only VMedia serves all provinces.
You can also find internet deals from the big providers’ discount brands. Bell’s Virgin and Rogers’ Fido brands are both currently offering deals for unlimited high-speed home internet.

Today, smartphones are everywhere – even our children use wireless technology. Yet, most caring parents don’t seem to be worried about the dangers of cell phones. Unfortunately, new studies are definitively linking cell phone radiation to health issues in children and the unborn babies carried by pregnant women.
A pediatric conference held at the Baltimore Convention Center provided a forum for health experts to discuss the findings. Yale and Harvard scientists and doctors were particularly vocal about potentially harmful cell phone radiation to the brain development of unborn children. A correlation was found between cell phone use during pregnancy and behavioral problems manifesting in the children as they develop.
Cell phone radiation exposure linked to cognitive impairment and cancer
Research from the International Agency for Research on Cancer showed that pregnant mice exposed to cell phones regularly had babies that tended to have memory issues and hyperactivity. Dr. Martha Herbert of Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard University found links between autism and the electromagnetic field of wireless internet. Wireless was found to disturb the brain’s calcium signaling and information flow, causing children to become agitated.
Cell phone radiation exposure has been linked to many types of cancer, including breast and brain cancer. A U.S. National Toxicology Program study found a strong correlation between cell phone use and brain and heart tumors. In fact, children’s brains absorb up to 10 times as much cell phone radiation from wireless technology as adults due to their thinner craniums, putting them at higher risk for impairment and brain cancer.
The younger the child, the higher the risk
The average adult checks their cell phone dozens of times a day, in some cases over 100 times. The brains of infants and young children are extremely vulnerable to cell phone radiation, whether from in the womb or near the parent checking their phone.
Therefore, it is crucial for pregnant women to keep their cell phones away from their bellies, especially near the end of their term. Ideally, a hands-free device should be used, with the phone kept as far away as possible. Young children should also be limited in terms of their use of cell phones, tablets and any other devices linked with wireless technology.
The U.S lags behind many other countries in terms of researching the hazards of wireless technology and cell phone radiation. The Environmental Health Trust is currently petitioning wireless providers and cell phone manufacturers to assist in funding research about prevention and treatment of cell phone radiation exposure.
